This toilet was easy to install being a one piece toilet. The flush is very fast and powerful. The seat mounting hinges are not very good, If you don't hold the( horse shoe shaped slot) while tightening the screw or tighten to tight-the seat will not stay put. Kohler's toilet quality is outstanding. Very heavy-yes

I have three of these toilets in my house they are very easy to install and easy to clean being a one-piece. One of the toilets I have had for almost three years with no problems and the others have been installed for two years and one for about a month. The only thing i do not like is the seat which is cheap plastic and I will eventually change the seats out this is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Looks great, was easy to install, functions well for low flow, good value, a quality product. One technical diappointment. When selecting this toilet the specs led me to believe it would extend from the wall about an inch less than my current toilet. This was an issue due to a our plans for a new shower door. But once installed it actually extended almost an inch further from the wall. Rough-in was 12 inches for both old and new. This was a big disappointment and resulted in a shower door of 24" rather than the planned 26" which would have worked better. Other than that technical detail, we love the toilet.

This space saving, comfort height seat toilet worked perfectly for me. It has a very quiet flush and a nice look. Being a one piece toilet it was a little difficult for me to maneuver during installation. I'm extremely happy with this product.

This toilet is a great replacement/addition to our very small bathroom. It is very stylish and really fits well into the small space. Flushes efficiently and quietly, very clean look in our contemporary home. Comfortable throne height! Very satisfied user

The shape & look of the toilet is nice. The slightly higher seat is a great feature. It has a good strong fast flush. The plastic seat & cover could be sturdier, but overall it's a great by for the price.

Replaced a twenty six year old Kohler with this one piece toilet after installing a new tile floor. We are so pleased with this toilet that we have another one on order to go in our utility bathroom. We are on well water so the 1.28 gallon flush is appreciated. Being a one piece toilet with removable seat/lid is very nice for cleaning. Because the flush is quick, it is very quiet. My only complaint is the almost $100 extra cost for an almond colored unit. WHY?

I got this ter-lit (Archie Bunker). I like that it's one piece. I didn't see any finish issues but when I installed it, I determined that the seat hardware is inferior.. seat will eventually come loose or break. The water kept running & running.. come to find the water line in the tank is really about 1" too short & was catching the float mechanism... holding water valve open. I fixed it

I purchased two of these toilets in May 2022 and one of them is not working properly as it is not flushing and the water won't stop making a gurgling noise and now it just stopped working and the water won't fill up. The handle on the other one seems very loose and it takes a very long time for the water to stop making noises after you flush it. Also, for very expensive toilets neither one came with a soft close seat!! Super disappointed and wish I had not purchased these!!

I've had a lot of problems with this toilet purched 02/21/2021. The lid has came off numerous times and I've purchased several lids. I initially purchased the lid that was suggested, it broke. The pump isn't working properly, my water bill escalated due to the water running. I'm extremely disappointed in this toilet.

I bought four of these toilets for my home renovation. None of them flush properly. We are constantly having to open the top and jiggle around to reset the handle. I thought aquapiston would mean I would avoid these issues. Extremely disappointed.

6 months ago we remodeled our bathroom and installed a Santa Rosa 1.6 GPF white toilet. It fit the room well but we have had several issues with it. The tank cover did not fit and showed unglazed material - Kohler had to send us a new one, the seat cracked in a very short time - Kohler had to send a new one. The one issue we still have, and I believe will ALWAYS have is that the bowel always looks dirty. It develops a brown ring at the water line in just a couple of days after cleaning it. I am not happy about having to clean my toilet every 2 days. There are only 2 of us in the house so it does not get extreme use. I have noticed that the bowel fills after flushing and immediately drops approximately 3/4 of an inch and the ring forms at the original water level. We have not found any leaks or any way to adjust this. We should have spent that amount of money on a different brand. Not happy with this product!

Santa Rosa is a solid choice for an affordable, efficient toilet that looks good. I have replaced all 4 of my builder grade toilets with the Santa Rosa now and I am happy with how it is easier to clean and has been reliable thus far.

Excellant performance so far. Very few flushes leave a residue stain. If any, a subsequent flush cleans away stain. While a “single flush” (not dual) toilet, a slight tap on the flush handle will do a smaller flush that’s adequate for tinkle-type effluents.

love the new santa rosa toilet. Have only had it for a week, but live the height .

Chair height makes a huge difference and the one-piece design is much easier to clean. Saves water and works well.

The toilet works exactly as advertised. It flushes everything away -- no clogs. It was installed by the Home Depot installer who did an excellent job. Definitely a totally positive experience with the equipment and installation.

Good: one piece so I can get my son / wife to clean the rim completely! Since it is one piece, it looks modern. Bad: this classified as elongated, but is not as deep as I expected. Had to buy three to replace the original ones from my 1996 home. Even on sale, these things aren't cheap or free... /angry Other: Seat is wider than a standard toilet to my subjective eyes. Just installed, so I can't comment on long-term "quality".

I had height restrictions and this toilet fit nicely and packs a great flush

I replaced three toilets in the house with the Santa rose. It’s a nice, modern design. Flush is very nice and fills up very rapidly. I’m very pleased.

So far so good. I replaced a 2014 Kohler Santa Rosa where the glazing within the bowl discolored and couldn’t be brought back to white. Hopefully this one will have a better finish applied. It does function well and was relatively easy to install.

We had 3 Santa Rosa toilets installed. Low water usage is good to have in our area. We had Kohler Santa Rosa in our previous home as well. Good value too.

I love the new toilet. I wish someone told me what to do with the old toilet. I could put in in the front yard, add dirt and a plant to it. I could dropped it off and Home Depot. But, I’m 81 years old and it’s difficult to haul it on my back to take it anywhere.

I love the style it adds to our recent bathroom renovation!
