Disappointed with the quality of this faucet. Looks pretty but not made very sturdy.

My friend installed it so no problems but there must have been something come through the water filter first time we turned it on and then it stopped flowing. We took the filter off and I cleaned it with a Q-Tip and “Voila,” problem solved. It works beautifully.

Have been able to get the touch less feature to work.

Easy install and very pleased with every aspect of how it works (touchless function is great, good water pressure, and hose works well).

So excited to get this faucet, but once installed, the sensor portion doesn't work straight out of the box .. no matter what we have done .. will have to pay to have it taken back off and another one put but back on .. very frustrating .. I did send Kohler an email like it said on other reviews .. waiting to hear back from them .. so wanted to give it five stars but since the sensor doesn't work and that is what brings the cost up $100 then I can't.

A problem with the pull down sprayer, doesn’t come out easy or go back in easy.

Really not a fan of this touchless faucet when it needs batteries it just stops working. It should beep or something way bedore to warn you before darn battery runs out. It always atops worjing when i got a sink full of dishes

This was my first time installing a kitchen faucet. I watched a Kohler YouTube video and followed the instructions. It was really pretty straightforward and easy. No leaks. The spray is good. The sprayer head snaps back into place easily and solid. I love the brushed gold finish. I was not able to use the soap dispenser as it would require drilling a hole in granite counter top. It was a pricey option so I am hoping it holds up.

Absolutely love the Koehler Serra brass faucet. It completed and matched the design of my kitchen sink area and also is super functional. I love the pull out sprayer, making it easy to fill up a bucket or simply washing the sink clean. The easy maneuvering handle makes turning on the faucet easy when I have my hands full.

The hand free turning on the water is very frustrating. Sometimes it works and times it doesn’t work. I unfortunately I will be returning it.

I just purchased and installed this Kohler faucet after my 10 year old kitchen faucet died. I got the Polished Chrome and love it! It's very clean and sleek looking. The quality is good and it's very easy to keep clean. I love the sweep spray and soap dispenser features too. I previously had a two handled faucet and would never go back after using this one. Definitely recommend!

We installed this faucet almost 4 yrs ago. It has worked fine until yesterday. I came into the kitchen with water flooding the floor everywhere. Turns out that the top hose connection have unscrewed itself free and was a mini version of Old Faithful While a surprise, that is easily solved. However, what a mess that would have been if we hadn't been home when it happened. In addition, the spray hose connection on the bottom of the valve box now leaks. Now, I am getting the run around form Kohler and Home Depot. Each says that the other has to replace the items. Come on folks, step up.

Fantastic Kitchen Faucet! The only recommendation I would make would be for the hose to be longer, but this shouldn't detract from how great it is!

Very easy install, and like having the option for battery or a/c power options. You also have the ability to go from sensor operation to manual.

I purchased this faucet two times because the first one I installed and it would never connect with my iPhone so I returned it and purchased another. Installed the second one, and same issue. I do not know if its an iOS thing but I tried multiple iOS devices. I called Kohler and they did not know what to tell me. They asked me to wait for the next update. Great! Waste of Money.

There are a lot of things I love about this faucet, but it has one huge flaw that it causing me to uninstall and return it. The issue is that it works with EITHER the motion sensor or the handle. If you turn it off with the handle, and back on with the handle, a super short burst of water will come out and then it turns itself off and you have to wave your hand under it to turn it on. The touchless feature is awesome if you're cooking and using the sink constantly, but otherwise I want to use the handle so I can also adjust the temperature at the same time as I turn it on. Otherwise I'm having to wave to turn it on AND use a hand to adjust temperature (do I want it hot for washing hands? cold for filling up a dog water bowl?) which means extra steps. It sounds like a small thing, but it's shockingly annoying. It also means that anyone who comes over to your house isn't going to understand how to use your sink without a tutorial. I had family here over the holidays and everyone would try to turn on the sink with the handle and get confused/frustrated when the water came out in a millisecond long burst and then turned itself off.
