Featuring a single sensor on the faucet base that provides touchless control, MOEN's MotionSense wave allows users to turn water on and off with just the wave of a hand. The technology also helps prevent the spread of dirt and germs, since there's no need to touch the faucet handle to start water flow. The faucet can be controlled in 2-ways-the wave sensors on the left side of the faucet base, and the handle on the opposite side of the faucet offers manual operation. Works as advertised

My plumber installed as directed. No problems so far. I like the pull down feature with various flow options. My plumber stated that he prefers the faucet with a similar design but has a magnetic device that helps when replacing the nozzle after using the pull down feature.

This Moen Birchfield faucet met all my expectations. I wanted a faucet with a power-speed fill setting because that is a feature I frequently use. It does have a nice power boost. The stream of water hits right in the middle of my sink, which is nice. It's a bit tall but the pull down sprayer reaches far enough down in the sink to make up for the height. It's a bit plain-jane in its looks, and I would have paid extra for a more interesting curved design, but all in all, it's a great faucet. My plumber liked it and said it was easy to install. The price is super affordable. It perfectly matches my stainless steel sink. My family likes the soap dispenser. I do, too, but I would like to know an easier way to fill it up with liquid soap without over spillage on the counter!

Faucet leaks in the same location even after replacing

Nicely designed but seems to have a leak internally. Ive throughly walked through each steps to install properly but the issue still continued. The leak is within the arm handle. I wouldn’t recommend.
