I'm happy with our faucet purchase. It looks very nice with our new Kraus sink also. The only down side so far with the faucet is the lack of water pressure. Our water pressure was much better with our previous faucet but the water supply lines are much smaller on the Kraus.

The spray/stream part on my faucet has broken a second time and it apparently isn't design for a busy kitchen. Hopefully I'll get another replacement. Customer service was exception my first problem.

I am beyond dissatisfied with this faucet. After a few months of general everyday use the matte black paint is coming off. Now it just looks cheap. I gave two stars for ease of installation and functionality.

We installed this April 2021. I noticed the paint peeling around December 2021. Now, in March 2022, the faucet looks like this. Don't get the matte black finish. Not made to last.

This Faucet looks soo Great in our newly finished laundry room. The dual finishes took it over the top for us. It’s perfect!

Kitchen update for the tasteful

Faucet was installed in Feb and by Nov the finish flaked off the sprayer, see photo. Manufacturer will replace sprayer but not guarantee it won’t happen again. Won’t replace faucet with different finish. Should’ve chosen another product.

I have bought a lot of faucets over the years, and you get what you pay for is true when it comes to kitchen or any household faucets. Time will tell with my Kraus Chrome Bolden, but I have a good feeling about this. Fit, finish and quality all appear to be here, there is nothing "cheap" about these Krause products, as a low price point would suggest. Yes, the spray head is plastic, but after using it for a bit, I believe most purchasers will not mind this, I certainly do not. I also bought the base plate designed for this faucet, as it does not come with one, and the matching cold water dispenser. This is a fantastic product for the money and will not "cheapen" or lessen your kitchen experience. Very impressed.

The 2 in 1 feature is perfectly designed; super easy to use and handle faucet and I didn’t have to drill a separate hole/line in the count top. Installation went very quickly. Cool modern look that’s sleek, yet bold to be a highlight of the kitchen. Also, very accessible for my kids to pour themselves a glass whenever they want. Love it!

I'm happy with it so far, I've only had it installed for about 2 weeks now. I wish the the water pressure was higher on the spray setting, but I don't know if that's due to the faucet or my plumbing. I originally wanted it in a different finish, but the chrome is still good to look at and the price was more affordable than the other finishes.

We're very pleased with this KRAUS Bolden Single-Handle Pull Down Faucet! It looks great and functions very well. The installation was rather easy and the new faucet looks great with our existing kitchen granite countertop. I love the clean and contemporary look of the faucet and since I installed this new faucet, I can see the increase in the water flow. Also, the sprayer works fine and retracts very smoothly back into the faucet holder. So yes, I have to give this faucet 5 stars!

This faucet is nice looking. However, in the description what they fail to mention is that you have to flip the handle on in order to use the touchless feature! Defeat point much? I also had issues using just the handle by itself. If I had just used the touchless feature, then the handle seems not to work. The water flow is really low. After it was professionally installed and I started toying with it, I immediately knew i didnt like it. After trying to get used to it for about 3 days I had it taken out and I went with the touchless faucet by a well known brand that I initially wanted, I only tried this instead because it was half the cost. I think the touchless feature on this faucet is a fail.

I've had my eye on this beauty for a while and jumped on a sale. Am I ever glad that I did!! The faucet was easy to install and the quality is A+, not to mention it's absolutely gorgeous. It's the first thing people notice when they walk into the kitchen. Best purchase I've made for the house in a while!

The faucet itself was an easy install and does look great against our dark granite and black sink. However, buyer beware, because of how you have to constantly shove it back up into the holder to get it to stay (doesnt have spring tension or magnetic hold) the finish started chipping off after just a couple years. So if you want something you wont have to change out after 2 years or stare at with disappoinment every time you do the dishes, go with something else that is easier to put back in the holder or go with a different color.

First thing I will talk about is Customer Service. Its easy to contact them and they are based here in US. They care about their products and want you to get the best installation/use out of them. Installation was a breeze. I have it installed on top of a butcher block. Just connect the hot to hot inlet, cold to cold inlet. Interconnect the pull down after you add the weight. Screw the flange from the bottom. And thats that. You cannot go wrong here. You definitely dont need a plumber to do this. It has two modes of spray and aerated water. The pulldown is long enough to reach corners of my 10" deep 33" undermount sink. Snaps right back to the holder. Slow Cold Water Line If you see slow running cold water, there is a 2.1gpm connector that KRAUS ships on demand. It doesnt come with the kit but they will send it to you if you call them. You will need the Serial# of the faucet for that. Wishlist 1. I really wish they added a "metal base" for those who are installing for an undermount. That part where it meets the coutertop looks unfinished. Even a fancy one. 2. The cold water line is a slim one compared to the hot water line. Soooo the water speed is slightly slower. There is a fix. (scroll up) Bugs/Issues 1. The pull down sprayer holder handle has a mind of its own. I know its a feature so you can move it out of way, but it would be great if there is an option to tighten it in place 2. If you close the water line and leave it between cold-hot mode, I noticed there is a very slow drop-by-drop, almost 1 drop in 10 mins. That stops if you push the knob back to cold line (all the way to the back). I dont think its a defect and it doesnt leak after that. We have had it just under 2 months. Will have to see how long it lasts. HD doesnt let you update the review, but will try posting a new one if something happens!!

Only had a few months and the toggle switch for the sprayer fell off. We have no children in the house so this item has been taken care of. Asking for a replacement. Will update when I hear back from Krauss!

This is a beautiful kitchen faucet and hands down the easiest installation I’ve ever done.

Satisfied with the purchase. Build quality is good and it fits nicely under my cabinets above the sink.

I couldnt find a faucet in the gold I wanted but this is close and still matches gold pulls. It is more of the common champagne gold which is not what I wanted. I couldnt find anything closer so kept it. But so glad I did. Its beautiful and is a great faucet. Sprays great and pulls down well. Functional and pretty!

Nice piece. Very long braided hoses. Easy to follow instructions.

Did in store pickup, installed myself. Easy to install with instructions, watched a few videos on everything after the countertop people left, and saved myself the cost of a plumber. We will see how it holds up but so far so good!

Easy to install. So far it's working fine, no leaks. Unlike other Chinese made products it has a lifetime warranty which gives you peace of mind. I just hope customer service is reliable IF that time comes.

An extremely well-made faucet at a reasonable price. It was easy to install and had all the needed parts included. Please note that I ordered the model without the three-hole cover since I didn’t need it. If you have a sink with three holes, be sure to order the model that includes the escutcheon plate. The supply hoses are a bit longer than on many models, which offers good flexibility when installing, but I found that they wanted to kink when I coiled them, so I zip-tied some jar rings to them to keep this from happening. The option of being able to put in a high flow regulator is a nice touch, but I found that the 1.8 gpm flow rate was more than enough, so I didn’t use the higher volume 2.2 gpm regulator.

This is an asthetically beautiful faucet. We chose the stainless steel finish and it goes so nicely with all the SS appliances. The faucet is well designed, just the right size and functionality. Easy and quick to install. Would buy another one for the laundry room utility sink

purchased this because it was the two-tone color we liked. it was packaged nicely, shipped quickly and was super easy to install. we added the matching stainless air gap and the set was complete. highly recommend this faucet!

I've owned this faucet for less than 1 year, and the black matte finish is already wearing off. This is unfortunate. Kraus is supposed to be a premium brand. I would expect the finish to last for at least the first year.
