The sink is beautiful but came missing 1 item in the box

We paid over $600 for this product, thinking that we were paying for quality. NOPE. The faucet head spray button broke off after only 6months of very light use - we are retired, in our 60's, no children, and travel at least 50% of the time in our RV. The button could not be more flimsy and retain its shape, and is connected to the main assy rocker by two tiny bits of fragile plastic, smaller in diameter than a matchstick. I've seen more durably made toys offered at the dollar store.

As I just had the sink installed, I’m not sure on the function of this sink yet. However, it is a great looking sink and I like all of the accessories that comes with it.

Swapped out builder grade sink. Huge difference for us. Made the garbage disposal much quieter. Do not miss the double bowls at all.

Big! Deep!! Quiet!! Love the sink grid. It allows the waste water and food particles to go to the drain. The sink hole cover is genius. It’s raised a bit so that water can go down, and makes the garbage disposal quieter. It is heavy and awkward if you are installing on your own.

Just now noticing the wipe down rag wasn’t included with ours but no big deal. It’s been two weeks and the sink has been great. Don’t know why we waited so long to upgrade. Install was a breeze. I installed the drain with plumbers putty and faucet before lowering it in. Made it so much easier. Wipes down easily. Only four stars because of the missing rag.

Nice sink. Came well protected in its packaging, looks great, was easy to install.

Sink is ok but find out they shorted me on the mounting hardware after the old sink is out. Customer service tells me 5 business days to replace. It's quicker to return the whole sink

Beautiful sink! Love the offset drain. The overall feel is great. The top mount template that was included would have created a hole that was very tight, so I increased the cutout size by 1/4”.

Easy installation. Love how big and deep the sink is. Very happy with the product.

Bought to install in a new Formica countertop. In the process of reviewing quotes for the countertop. It will probably be several weeks before the countertop is ready to install the sink.

This is a solid piece. I work in restaurant kitchens and chose this a dish beast. As close to a commercial sink for residential purposes. My only problem is the grate/grid insert is a bit unwieldy to remove for cleaning. It also will not fit in my dishwasher. A 2 section gate/grid insert would be preferable. I'm going to cut mine in half as I don't see another insert that will suit my needs.

This sink was very easy to install. The whole process of removing my old sink and installing this new sink took me less than one day. For the first week, every day when I walked into my kitchen I kept thinking, woah that is a nice sink!
