The product had a 2 inch copper tubing protruding form the bottom of the faucet. This was not made known on the website. As you can see above in the picture the copper tubing is not shown. We would have had to drill a larger hole into our vanity in order for the part to fit properly. If the company had made us aware of the copper tubing we would not have ordered the part.

Very happy with this product

This faucet (we bought two) was such an unexpected find to add the finishing touch to our two bathroom renovations. It just delights people to use it. No one has seen a faucet like this before. It is larger in person than it seems in the photos, and it seems quite substantial. We only have a little over a week of use so far, but so far so good!

The only bad thing about this faucet is that the waterlines cannot be replaced.

The new design is better than the old design. The clamp at the bottom is better, according to my husband who installed both the new faucet and the old faucet that broke for no reason all on its own. We exchanged the clear glass with the red glass to match our sink and the previous faucet that broke. The hand toggle on the old faucet lost its ability to turn the water off.

Ordered two 10 years ago.Due to a mistake by workers had to order a new one.Glad to know that it was still in stock.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this faucet. i bought it as replacement for a lesser model and it out performs the competition.

The height is perfect for vessel sinks. Gorgeous. Responsive. Only criticism is that there is always a drip to clean if you don't want accumulated water scale.

I've just installed the faucet and it is beautiful. I love the design because it's not your everyday faucet. The install was simple. It seems very durable and the water doesn't splash everywhere as I expected. I'm thinking of ordering a second one for my other bathroom. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this faucet to replace my old one, which I had ordered online. The quality of this faucet is 10 times better then the other one that I replaced. It was easy to install. It does not bend or come loose and shuts off without dripping. Love the way it looks.

We ordered two sinks and faucets from the photo to compliment our Master Bathroom remodel. When the sinks arrived they far exceeded the photo and are absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and we are very happy that we purchased them as they are the show piece of our remodel.

Very quick install.

Just installed the faucet and everything was very straight-forward. It has a solid feel to it and worked well with my bowl sink. My previous tall faucet would splash water everywhere and I had to turn the water down where you could barely wash your hands, this is not the case here. Cannot talk about durability yet but I will update the review later.

To large for my sink.

You get hot water or cold water. After playing with it for a few minutes you might get warm water if you are lucky. POOR PERFORMANCE!!

Need more pictures on this item. How does it work ?? where does the water come out?

I'm very glad I purchased this sink since it looks amazing. The hardest thing was constructing my own vanity top for my vanity base other than that the installation was a breeze. One note though, in the instructions neglected to take in account the dimensions of the mounting ring that the bowl sits on. Because of the slight additional height that the ring gave the bowl it would now touch the curved vertical column in the rear that supports the faucet contraption. I had to make some adjustments but it would have been nice for it to be indicated in the detailed drawings and measurements that came with it. Still, I love this thing and every guest that sees it can't help but admire it.
