Don’t be fooled into buying this
The waterfall faucet is quite attractive. HOWEVER, it has an internal filter/cartridge that can become clogged over time with normal use and must be changed. There is NO WAY for a typical homeowner to do this job. It requires a proprietary tool that you have to purchase to even get to the filter. The cost of the tool plus filter is more than a whole new faucet. Consider this a short-term, disposable product. I purchased 2 and both lasted less than 5 years.

Vessel Sink/Faucet&Drain
My 2 Blue Rectangular Glass Vessel 22" Bathroom Sink w/ Waterfall Faucet and Pop-Up Drain in Chrome look lovely in my grey & teal decor. It would have been useful to have a diagram of optimum placement of the faucet to prevent excessive splashing against the drain. It was difficult to find a plumber to install due to liability issues with vessel sinks and stone counters.

Great looking faucet, but some downside to it
I have had the faucet 2 years. It looks great and works well. However, there are water stains on the glass portion that I cannot get off. IT may be between the 2 pieces of glass that make the round waterfall. It has gotten worse with time. I love the faucet, but would like to know how to clean it to get these marks off.

Thanks for your feedback. Any glass cleaner would be fine for addressign any stains on your glass disc. One product we recommend is Rejuvenating Ceramic & Glass Oven Cleaner and Restorer.

Looks Great But NEVER Stops Dripping
I bought this faucet August 2013 because we wanted a contemporary look. It looks good at first, but the dripping has NEVER stopped. Our plumber has tried reseating the cartridge and then we put a new one in to no avail. I'm always wiping it down and now we have hard water stains on the glass vessel as well as the water fall and chrome faucet. It's too bad because it looks great at first.

beautiful faucet
this faucet looks amazing. really updates our bathroom. easy enough to install. was a little leaky at first from the spout (water was dripping below the glass plate), but a small bit of teflon tape and we were good to go.

Everybody loves them!
We have had these faucets in one bath for four years and just added them to the second bath remodel. They are unique and beautiful. A little RainX occasionally keeps them from water spotting with hard water.

LOKKING BEUTIFUL BUT HAND IS NOT GOOD, WATER NOT CLOSE
I purchased the product 8 years ago. In the process there were always problems with the faucet, whether it was leakage, or the water was not closed all the way. Now the situation is that the handle is completely loose, and the product cannot be used. Too bad... the design is amazing.

Easy to assemble and complete. The quality and finish is excellent. The glass does show water spots fairly easily, so it sometimes needs a wipe. Also I had to drill the drain body for the sink overflow to work, which was easy but some may not like.
