Poor quality shipping.

A couple of issues where door needed to be nailed because edges had popped but otherwise very happy with the door! Good solid material

Works really well. The only negative is the glue used to assemble doesn’t take stain well.

There were many dents and nicks in the door. I was painting it so had to fill all the holes and dents but overall it’s a decent door.

The instructions for the hardware were almost nonexistent.

For my purposes, I wish the door was slightly wider as it does not totally cover the opening where the old door was when closed. Over all the door was easy to install and it does what I intended it to do. We have a very narrow hallway with colliding doors from opposite sides. Installing this to cover our basement opening nicely solves the problem and looks good, too . So far, we have left the door unfinished, but I hope to paint it down the road.

States it was 36 inches wide. It is in fact only 30 inches wide.

Need to pack better. Dents in various places. Edges and one on flat panel

Sub par packaging door was broken in multiple places , had to repair it myself I didn’t have enough time to send it back to get another door Home Depot should talk to manufacture about their quality control

The wood delaminates with a top grade latex paint. It did not say this door should not be painted.

Wood had cracks and gaps at fittings. Very disappointed in quality for the price

The door arrived quickly, however it had a large crack in it. We returned it and purchased another one elsewhere. We did not re order from Home Depot because we were able to purchase one that was in stock and did not need to be ordered.

This was great. Wish I’d have known they have the whole door kit and hardware to hang it in store before I spent almost double for just this door. But the door was in excellent condition and it’s beautiful hung.
