The Klein Tools 3/8 inch cabinet-flat head coated screwdriver with heavy-duty 8 inch round shank with cushion grip handle is a well made fine steel screwdriver, the cushion grip handle makes a comfortable non slip handle. I had wind damage on my storage shed and it came in real handy putting the doors back in place. I would recommend this screwdriver to my friends.

PROS The handle on the screwdriver is easy to grip in the hand and the rubber provides a non-slip grip. The length of the blade allows for long reach driving and the insulation will protect circuits that may be nearby. The exposed tip is nice and square and appears to be hardened. CONS Plastic packaging is not easily recyclable, maybe switch to paperboard.

I love my Klein Screwdriver. This one is really neat because of the rubber sheath that extends from the handle to almost the tip. I am less than eager to attempt electrical work because I usually get caught up and create a spark. This screwdriver takes that risk out with this protective covering. The handle feels comfortable in your hand. The black rubber grip allows you to turn the screwdriver comfortably without slipping. Electricians have loved Klein tools for years, and I am slowly building my collection. This is heavy duty! It's also made in the USA.

Very nice quality large screwdriver. Important note- the screwdriver is NOT insulated, just coated to protect marking up close objects. This is stated on handle also. Machined to very nice Klein quality and the large handle allows for a very comfortable grip with rubber cover over plastic handle. Made in USA. Working on a old (41) truck and this has come in very handy for breaking loose old screws.

This is a robust, and well made hand tool. The handle is comfortable , and feels good in the hand. As long as you understand that this is NOT an insulated screwdriver- meaning it will not protect you, rather it is “coated” to protect circuits- and you use it accordingly you should be good to go. This was an instant addition to my electrical tool kit.

Overall, this seems to be a high-quality screwdriver. The screwdriver is insulated and a has a nice cushioned grip. The shaft isn't too long, and the size of the head fits perfect with most every day household uses, to include plugs and switches. The bright yellow color makes the screwdriver easy to find if it is amongst several other tools in your tool box.

As with all Klein tools the are well made built to last hand tools for the professional trades. These are wonderful tools for every handyman or homeowner. The thick coated cushioned rubber handle works in all environments or weather conditions. The complete shaft is covered in a heavy duty insulated type coating to protect against arcing metal contacts when working in confined spaces. Built to last and wanted by everyone in the trade. I definitely recommend Klein tools for quality you can trust.

This tool is a very handy size, 1/4 inch straight blade screwdriver designed for slotted screws. The term cabinet indicates the tip is no wider than the shank, ideal for cabinet or electrical work, and in places the more common keystone screwdriver might not fit. The shaft is coated for using on live circuitry, but it should be noted this is not insulated so it should not be used on lethal voltages. I like the fact the tip is identified on the end of the handle making tool selection for a pouch easy. Klein calls this feature Tip-Ident. A very well made tool that will last for years.

The blade on this driver fits snugly in the slots of common electrical screws and the ground finish provides a great metal to metal grip. The cushioned rubber handle is comfortable in the hand and enables good grip and leverage. All of the metal parts, apart from the very tip of the blade, are plastic covered for protection but, as the manufacturer points out, this is not an insulated screwdriver. Still, for most jobs that I do, it provides that extra bit of protection. The top of the handle has an easy to see flat blade ID so it is very easy to locate on my tool belt with the quickest of glances.

Klein Tools Slotted screw driver This Phillips head screwdriver is a very good electricians screw driver. The shaft is well shielded with shielding going into the base of the handle. This makes this screw driver perfect for working in switch boxes where power may not be off. There is only about 1/4 inch of the tip unshielded. The handle is plastic with a rubber grip.

This is a nice coated flat head screwdriver with cushion grip handle easy to grip and use. Works great so far on the projects I have tried it on. I like my tools to work great when I use them so I am not running back and forth to the toolbox looking for one that will work. This one is east to grip onto and does a great job on the projects I'm working on.

The Plastic-coated blade is not insulated and only for circuit protection. This is a great screwdriver for when you are working on any electrical project whether it is around the house or if you are a professional.

I had the opportunity to evaluate this nifty screwdriver. Note this is not electrical safe coated. The business end is ground square with a flat end which is perfect to sit in a screw slot. Most cheap screwdrivers are not finished this nice. The shaft coating looks like a heat shrink tube and is to protect your work if you slip. The handle is large enough for a slip free grip. This one has found a home in my Best driver box. There are good drivers and bad and in my life I will not battle a bad driver and mar both the work or me.

This is one very nice and well made insulated flat head screwdriver! The cushioned grip is gentle on your hand. It's not too large or too small. The diameter seemed to fit my hand like it was custom made for me. The insulated sleeve around the shaft is well embedded into the body of the handle and leaves only about a quarter of an inch of the tip sticking out. This would be excellent for working in tight situations where you could cause a short circuit with an exposed shaft.

The "1/4 in. Coated Flat Head Scredriver with 4 in. Round Shank- Cushion Grip Handle" is my kind of screwdriver, and whenever I do work on electrical devices such as switches, receptacles and also must useful when working inside of control and breaker panels. The well design Cushion Grip Handle helps your hands/fingers when tightening terminals and prevents the driver from slipping away in a potential hazardous environment.
