The Klein Thermal dipped gloves are absolutely amazing! I thought at first they would be stiff, but they are quite flexible and comfortable. I used these while I was out snow shoveling and moving large snow clusters that clump up after the plows go down the road and block your driveway here in MA. My hands were bone dry when I finished too, which is nice cause my main go to glove still holds a little water which then gets cold and my hands get cold. You can even put then in water and they still remain dry. The outside is grippe without being sticky or tacky and I love the two tone color as I can find the easily. The inside lining is wool which is super soft while also keeping your hands warm! I'm 6'2'' but my hands are on the smaller side but these large gloves fit perfect with just a little room. I wish I had seen these or acquired them sooner. I'll be getting another pair to have on hand as a backup encase I can never find them again as they are amazing.

The gloves provide a nice fit and are pretty warm with the insulated liner. The palm side has a nicely textured substance that really improves grip without giving up dexterity. The backs of the gloves have a tough rubberized coating making them essentially waterproof. All in all the gloves are a bit tight but comfortable and can be easily worn all day.

The Klein Tools Extra-Large Thermal Dipped Gloves, Gray Knit/Black Coating/Black Trimmed Cuff were ideal for working in this winter weather while building and repairing my chain link fence. The thermal dipped gloves kept my hands and fingers warm while the gloves were flexible enough for me to hold the nuts and bolts without dropping them. The Extra-Large size definitely did the trick for my hands.

I’m really glad I got these gloves. They have been great for working on my car during the cold and wet wi get months. They are very warm and grip well. The aren’t too bulky and allow me to still get into tight spaces. They are durable too, no rips or tears after a few big projects. I’m 6 foot 180 lbs. I usually wear a large glove but the XL fit me better with these ones.

KLEIN TOOLS EXTRA-LARGE THERMAL DIPPED GLOVES, GRAY KNIT/ BLACK COATING/ BLACK TRIMMED CUFF These are great work gloves. They are built well... materials are tough, yet still flexible. They have very good gription. My hand measured size chart to be a perfect XL. So, I got XL. and they fit great! I hate gloves that fit skin tight, and the extra sizing gave the gloves the loosenosity that I want... especially in the finger tips. All the rubber knuckle and finger guards line up right where they should. They feel like nothing is there; and they bend like nothing is there too! Nice job on that!

Very comfortable. I felt assured my hands were protected while working in harsh weather conditions and left feeling warm and snuggly while making it all happen. The KLEIN TOOLS LARGE THERMAL DIPPED GLOVES, GRAY KNIT/ BLACK COATING/ ORANGE TRIMMED CUFF looks good, feels good, protects the paws, and keeps them warm. I would gladly recommend the item for purchase.

These gloves are great. I got the XL size and they fit snug with a good tactile feel. I’m 6’3” 240 lbs. with size 13 feet if that gives any indication of size. They are comfortable and flexible. These have a cloth lining to give a degree of insulation to the wearer. The latex covering on the outside will help to keep hands dry on the inside and the lining can wick moisture away skin adding to comfort. These gloves are machine washable and have washing instructions on the attached label. I rarely wash gloves, I just kind of keep wearing the dirt right back off of them, but I can see where washing is an advantage. The pair that I have are made in China. All in all, these are nice gloves that I will use when dealing with wet cable and ropes outside. I recommend these gloves.

Glove sizing is off-the "large" gloves are at best "medium". His hands are not large but these fit snugly. The finger tips are too long, maybe that is the large part. See photo. Says they are warm and fluffy but that warmth interferes with his dexterity. Used in gathering, chopping and splitting wood. Might be effective for other chores. Would not buy them when new gloves are needed again.

These work gloves are very comfortable while using them during the winter. They’re very well insulated inside and not too thick when grabbing tools. The hand side is coated with black coating for gripping things. The glove also extends past the wrist for more seal on your arm to block out cool air. Having gloves this solid will lead to the inability to pick up narrow things in tight spaces, but obviously this is something that goes without saying. Overall great pair of winter work gloves.

The Klein large thermal dipped gloves fits a man's average hands nice and snug like a second layer of skin. They easily stretch in any direction so they do not hinder movement for the task on hand by wearing then The rubber grip coating assures a firm grip on just about anything you need to handle or work with. The gloves are also thermal lined to help keep your hands warm during the cold months..

These are excellent gloves. They are very comfortable and fit well. I normally wear a large, and these were borderline of being too small, but the more I wore them the more they stretched and fit great. The insulated lining is so comfortable. Before I got these gloves I would wear a pair of thin cotton gloves under my regular work gloves. Not anymore.

I’ve got all sort of gloves - bulky winter gloves, cloth work gloves, latex gloves, dishwashing type gloves, etc. These Klein gloves fill a much needed gap. They are thermally lined so warm, fit like a “driving glove” so you can pick up a dime. Waterproof and chemical resistant. They extend past the hand to go up about 2 inches on the wrist. Well constructed and nicely embossed with the “Klein Tools” name. I expect to get a lot of good use from them. Highly recommend.

These Klein Tool Thermal gloves could be the only glove you need for any chore you do in the cold...
These Klein Tool Thermal gloves could be the only glove you need for any chore you do in the cold and damp - shoveling snow or snowblowing, cutting firewood, or even something like snow shoeing or cross country skiing. Almost fully dipped except for the cuff and with the black textured coating on the palm and fingers having a safe comfortable grip is no problem. And unlike a pair of work gloves with a wide gauntlet these have an elastic cuff to keep the cold from sneaking on in. The interior lining is incredibly soft, almost like a pair of warm winter socks and should give you a fair amount of cushioning to boot. Took me a while, but I figured out the snowflake symbol means Level 1 (low) out of 4 (high) for Contact Cold Resistance, and not tested for Convective Cold Resistance or Water Permeability. The Hammer means 2 out of 4 for Abrasion Resistance, 1 out of 5 for Cut Resistance, 3 out of 4 for Tear Resistance and 1 out of 4 for Puncture Resistance. The last X means not tested for Impact Protection. My only issue with the gloves is the tightness at the base of the fingers. I have plenty of room across the width of my hand and the fingers are quite long but that tightness makes it hard for me to close my hand fully and I deducted a star for that reason (yes, 'L' is my normal size). Hopefully they will loosen up a bit in that area or I should move up to an XL on the next pair.

I have fairly large hands and these XL fit perfectly. Sometimes I need to upsize to XXL but these gloves are true to size. The first thing I noticed was the felt lining. Talk about soft and warm comfort. I read that these are double dipped thus giving you confidence when gripping tools and materials when working. The final coating is a latex shell for water resistance. I tried them in the kitchen sink and my hands remained bone dry. These are not my first pair of gloves from Klein Tools and those older gloves are still serving my needs well. Klein Tools is synonymous with quality and I think I will get many years of use with these.

Thermal gloves that are dipped to provide protection from liquids. These gloves run a bit small, so for a large hand, get an x-large glove. The gloves are comfortable, and do not bind your fingers. A pair of these gloves is a good addition to your work bench or tool bucket. They grip well and make gripping easier. The coating seems to be thick and does offer protection against sharp edges.

The Foam latex dip surface of this glove is rated Very Good, Excellent, and Fair for Dry-Grip Wet-Grip and Oil Grip respectfully. To boil all these ratings down will probably be the task of for the safety officer for the company you work for. They will also probably provide, or sell you, the gloves you will need. For example ANSI A4 Cut rating is recommended for: Appliance Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, Glass Handling, Machining, Metal handling, Metal Stamping, and Paper Production. This probably covers most conditions of DIY, home-owner projects. So how do you select your glove. Fit and Feel should rate high also. This glove was supposed to be size XL (10). I have Large to X-large hands with medium length fingers. This glove was a snug fit. Making a fist was not comfortable if held for a long period of time. Holding my shovel was not uncomfortable. My fingers are about 3/8inch from the end to the glove fingers. My long fingered, medium size hand, test person fit all the way to the end. My huge hand, test person could not get the glove on. With the gloves on, I tried to use my medium size cell phone and was unable to type anything. I did not have a hot day to test if my hands were going to sweat. Being in a warm house for an hour did not seem to make my hands sweat. I tried the gloves in water (making sure that the water was not on the cuff) and it stayed dry for the 5 minutes of the test. I think the certification test for this is actually 30 minutes. I also tested putting my hand into Ice cubes for 5 minutes and it got cold but did not seem to be uncomfortable during that time. I also tried taking a baking dish out of the oven and the glove felt like it was starting to warm up after 15 seconds (heat is probably bad for the latex coating as that is how it is “hot dipped” onto the glove). I like the gloves and they would have been wonderful for a project where I was digging holes 24” deep by hand and on a project where I was scratch building a 8x12 foot storage shed out of wood. Would have been better at keeping me from slipping on the fairly steep roof-line.

My husband loves his new Klein Tools coated thermal gloves! They are different than his other work gloves since they are water, tear and abrasion resistant. There are two layers of protective latex. The first is for water resistance and the second layer is textured on the palm and fingers for a superior grip. He says that they are very comfortable and loves that they are also machine washable!

These are really nice gloves for working in the garage or outside. They fit snug, but are comfortable, so they are easy to work with when trying to grasp things. They have a rubberized finish so they are good to use if you are trying use tools. They are lined inside so they are perfect if the weather is cold. Great to use for snow shoveling or snow blowing the driveway. Also good for using in the cooler fall months when leaf raking.

These Klein Tools Coated Thermal Gloves are the spot-on choice for work gloves with work specific needs (working with dirt, ice, water, cold temps, pry bars, shovels, etc.) Let me point out, the soft, terry inside is sooo much superior than regular chem gloves or mainstream garden gloves. The terry feel is extraordinary and gives an added layer of comfort where others just give you a glove and that’s about it. If you expect to use these gloves for long periods of time (at a stretch) or in colder climates, these gloves are your superior bet. The outside is covered 2 ways: The palms are coated with a rubberized, sure-grip latex that will give you an outstanding grip on anything you grab, wet or dry. The tops of the gloves are coated all the way up to the wrist with a grey latex shell that repels any water or liquids you may get on the back of your hands so there is no ‘soak-through’. The wrist collars are an extremely comfortable, thick, winter knit cotton with a rubberized, waistband type of fit that prevents snow, ice, water, dirt or just about anything else from creeping into your hands or wrists. Very nice touch. *About the fit: If you are like me and your hands tend towards a glove sized Large, you ought to select a size larger than you are used to when buying. These gloves fit me perfectly and are size XL (10). Just right fit as where Large would have been too small. All-in-all these Klein Tools gloves are a superior product and what you would expect from the great Klein lineup. The terry inside makes it worth getting hands down!

Not their best
I purchased 2 pair of these to work in weather 10 degrees to 40 degrees. Since the first day my helper and I used them we would have to take breaks after 5 mins due to our finger tips being blue. The fingers of the gloves were not well insulated and do not work well in cold weather. The product looked to be made well but did not work as stated. The gloves are made well but the fingers are not. We could have just bought a bad batch but out of all my Klein tools this is by far been worst product I have come across. All of Klein other gloves product are amazing. I hope they make improvements to them.

    Best winter work gloves
Durable, insulated, water proof up to the wrist! The inside lining starts to separate after a week from taking them on and off frequently but that’s all
