My Toto toilet was refilling for a couples of seconds every two hours and waking me up at night. Replaced the 7-year old original Toto flapper with this Korky flapper and I am back to sleeping like a baby! Great product, easy installation.

A toilet flapper is a simple thing. However this is exceptional.
The package is a work of art. Lists and shows the flappers it replaces and exacts adjustments to the flapper to make it fit your TOTO. I didn't even shut the water off. I mean, the instructions even give you your chain length and the lever hole to hook to. They make it so simple. If all instructions were this detailed life would be so much easier for a do-it-yourselfer like me. Thanks Korky! NO I do not work for them. Cheers!

Is not working well. toilet constantly runs. I actually have a Toto toilet. It is 18 years old. It appears that you need to know the toilet id to set the flapper. I cannot find it .Should I bought the cheaper generic one.

This genuine replacement Toto flapper has worked well. I watched a couple of YouTube videos, and read the seller’s instructions, to get the information I needed to install the flapper properly.

I have bought this before and it was a perfect replacement. However this one must have been made just a little bit off. It would hit the far side of the flush tube and not close all the way at times.
