Great Adjustable flapper for the price
I bought this flapper to replace one on our American Standard toilet. Not only did this flapper meet my expectations, it exceeded it. Very simple to install and this flapper also allows for adjusting the water amount allowed for each flush. I highly recommend this flapper just make sure it close to or identical to the one you are replacing.

Great video
If you have a Mansfield toilet. It has one rod smaller on one side than the other. (Bad design)This is where the flapper clips (ears) connect. The Korky universal flapper kept falling off on one side in the tank. I saw this video. It needed the black piece. It’s included with the flapper kit and my PLUMBER didn’t change them out! I bought a new kit, and did it myself using the tips from the video. I counted the links before I took off the chain, and matched the number dial from the old one.

Works…until it disintegrates
It disintegrated after a year. I don’t put any cleaning chemicals in the tank. I don’t know how this happened.

has always worked, simple and effective
I just installed an expensive single piece toilet. The flapper was a problem from day one. It didn't seat properly and resulted in intermittent short toilet top-up fills. I tried every adjustment possible on the flapper, nothing worked. Rather than replace a brand new toilet I installed this Korky universal flapper (my go-to every time I needed to change a flapper in the past). It worked flawlessly immediately no more leaks, no more random short top-up fills.

Long-lasting flapper; regulates flush volume
Bought to replace Korky flapper on Toto Drake. Old flapper lasted >10 y before seal failed. This flapper regulates water released from tank into bowl. Adjustable plastic band on cone modifies size of aperture at top of cone. Changing aperture regulates intake of water in cone and closure time for flapper, allowing smaller flush volume with higher water column in tank. Works well on my Drake with the recommended setting of 6. My experience: Korky flappers far outlast 5-yr guarantee. Made in USA.

Good replacement
Most flappers are 2 inch but it seems like quite a few are going toward the 3 inch mark because it allows more water in at once, since a lot of areas are requiring low flow gallon per minute.
This took me maybe 2 minutes to change out. Disconnect the old chain, unclip the old flap on both sides, snap on the new flapper, and hook the chain. You may need needle nose pliers to help. I always like using a very high grit sand paper or rough sponge to clean the base where the flapper will sit. If there's calcium deposits or mildew, it could prevent a tight seal. I always liked this brand and they seem very confident in their material to offer a 5 year warranty
If you have a Mansfield toilet made since 2008, they have a separate black adapter. For everyone else, you can throw this away

The Good the Bad & th Ugly
I just have to replace it but it has been over 5 years.
It rots when I took it out I had blue stinky rubber as I
tried to clean it more came off like blue ink. The rubber
dissolves. Water fluordation is the likey cause.
The hook and chain the hook rusted through make them
out of stainless steal or nylon.
Korky update your rubber formula make it more
resistant to fluoride. Same thing happend to the
528 anti sipion tank filler. Ban Water fluordation
it beats us every day,
