I purchased one of these flush levers to install on a Mansfield toilet. The package indicated it would work with Mansfield, and instructions specific to Mansfield were included. Installation was easy, and the lever has a good appearance. The problem that I encountered is with the handle's operation of the flush valve (tower) inside the toilet tank. The handle has a ridiculously tight spring in it that returns it to its normal position after operating it to flush the toilet. The spring is so tight that it immediately closes the flush valve by pushing the tower back down, so the only way to flush the toilet is to hold the handle down long enough for an adequate volume of water to pass through the valve. That is not the way a flush lever should work. This level would probably be good for flapper valves that use a chain since the spring return would not force the flapper closed. For Mansfield's flush tower, this just does not work effectively. I definitely would not purchase another one for a Mansfield toilet. It was a disappointing experience because I am usually extremely pleased with Korky products.

Paid more for this product then any of its competitors. My Manfields toilet was occasionally sticking during flush. The toilet did not have the original flush arm on it, but the old handle had worked for years before its demise. Sucked in by the name. It was easy to install, easy to break and impossible to return.

The product was fine, and nice looking. I gave it 2 stars because it said it would fit my American Standard toilet, and it didn’t.

Great product matched our Moen fixtures perfectly. So much more solid than builder grade handle on toilets. Note that the screw is reversed on toilet handles and installation is a breeze.

Handle not large enough and when flushing, base or bezel moves with the handle. Works great but wouldn't buy the same one again.

Easy to assemble and looks great. The lip of the toilet lid rests on the round handle base, but it still works well.

This is the third flush handle I’ve put on my powder room toilet and I can honestly say, so far it appears to be a substantial improvement over the other two. Even my wife has commented how much easier and higher quality the new handle is over all the previous ones. Now I need two more!

Clever design makes it easy to install and adjust. Extremely reasonably priced. Interesting spring loaded lever. So far it's been flawless.
