This comes close to being a good product, but has some drawbacks. The slots in the plastic saw carrier are roughly 0.03 inch oversize, so that limits the accuracy of the cut. Perhaps this reduces jambing from sawdust, but it appears to be a design error to me. Also, the saw sled isn't solid plastic, it has webs on the bottom side to minimize plastic use and reduce cost. Adding a few dollars to the sale price to make it solid plastic and more rigid and durable would have resulted in a product twice as good

Easy breakdown of plywood sheets

Great if you don't have actual tracksaw. Simple, easy to use, accurate when set up correctly for your saw. Requires shaving the blue guide so that the blade is aligned correctly. Watch some videos to see process. Dislike connection/disconnection process with screws (clips would be nice) but I just keep a small saw attached to this and use another when I need freeform. Like that this same piece can be used with rip-cut so can move out and back between those tools as needed.

Advertised to cut angles on long cuts. It will not and company admitted fault. Had to modify the cradle to get it to work. Ruined the cradle which the company did replace. Disappointing coming from Kreg

ITS PLASTIC. Worst investment I ever made. Live and learn. DO NOT BUY. Got better results with a warped 2x4.

Like others my big complaint was the movement of the sled along the track. I ran into difficulty with the "calibration" cut of the blue rubber as well as those on my plywood. Found videos on YouTube where people far more experienced than me are using tape or zip ties under the sled to help with stability. This shouldn't be necessary for a $100 tool from a usually trustworthy company. I like the other Kreg tools I'm using. In fact I returned this for the basic straight cut guide.

Very disappointed, great Idea

It is massively overcomplicated And a waste of money and time. We followed the directions perfectly and it's still not a straight edge. because you have to do an initial cut on the edges of the device and the saw doesn't actually clip into Intuit so it's impossible to cut a straight edge Out the gate.

Followed instructions exactly, and never been more dissatisfied with a product. Plate moves immediately upon cutting. The way the saw carriage mounts doesn't allow for clamps (unless you purchase specific clamps for this, sold separately). Tear out was terrible as well. Honestly was better off cutting it free hand. Would love to return, however the first step - trimming the zero clearance track - renders it un-returnable.

This works as advertised but I wish you didn't have to do so much to fine tune it.

Highly recommend this product. I was not able to rent a table saw, and did not want to spend hundreds on a new one. This worked perfectly allowing us to "rip" Cap-a-Tread for our basement stair project. My wife and I have all out digits still and are also still talking to each other -- thanks to this product.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. Track slips, there is a ton of play and its overall cheaply made. My freehand cuts are cleaner and take less time to set up.

To much play between the circular saw and the guide

There's side to side slop in this system that you have to deal with. Shame on Kreg!

Fairly simple set-up with included directions, after a set-up cut, you'll be cutting laser straight pieces in no time. Less expensive track saw because it uses your current circular saw, with the same results. I'm very happy with mine!
