In April 2014 I repainted my front door, but new hardware was not in the budget. About a year later I won a promotion from a local grocery store and the prize was a gift card to Lowe's. I knew exactly what I was going to get - new hardware! My excitement has turned to disappointment. I had this set installed less than a month ago and the dead bolt is broke. It can be locked from inside, but the keyhole outside somehow turned horizontal and key won't go in. Hopefully Kwikset will stand behind their product and help me out!

The instructions made it easy the assembly. It was funny and fast

I had to pick out a lock set for my new door, and I'm horrible at that type of thing. But Ted (Home Depot employee) helped me pick out a lock, and it's perfect. It works wonderfully, and it's very solid. I'm replacing another set of doors, and I just bought the same set for those doors, too.

Didn't want a knob but found handle instead. Perfect

The product had a lot scratchs and the box was unsealed at the time of delivery but it was useble

I love the double lock for security and it was shipped quick with no problems. Also, the smart key option is wonderful, too.

We were desperate to find a lock with deadbolt and keyed knob and it was challenging to find, especially in a style we liked in and brass. We got a kwikset smartkey lock for the back door too and when my husband went to set the keys the front door lock was defective. He called kwikset and they quickly sent out a new one. We are very happy with it.

Installed this on a new custom door from Home Depot. Installed very easily, and is great quality hardware! Looks great on the door and feels very solid and secure.

This product has a beautiful satin nickel finish and classic design. It was the only model with both a deadbolt lock and a lock on the handle. The area around the key hole is holding up nicely and does not scratch from key insertion. The key works smoothly and the QuikSet feature worked well to match up with the key from our other doors. I definitely recommend this product.

I bought it for my front door. I already had two of them on my patio door and on my walk out basement french door and loved them.

Quality product, like the double locks this handle-set includes. Extra bonus was the ability to key it with other door knobs. This does come with the longer screws for added security.
