Great product and service

The quality isn't there compared to other brands..door wasn't even primed..had to drill out for outside handle to fit ...blanks for Panic bar catches don't fit on slab or frame..alot of unnecessary custom work needed done...but made it work ..would not recommend this brand..

I bought 3 doors. All three handles are stripped our and won't stay tight. Company warranty department won't return calls or emails

Door is made to order and the manufacturer actually calls to make sure you ordered the correct configuration and specs. Very informative and helpful people! It arrived via freight in a timely manner. It was exactly the product I had in mind and I installed it without a hitch. Would order again.

This is the second LIH door that I used this year. Everything works good and would recommend to others. Welded frame is easy to mount on new construction with wood frame..

The door looks like bare metal, it has no rust anywhere so it must have some kind of clear primer. I primed it first just to be safe. Seems to be a nice door for the money.

Never got the door employees at Home Depot sent door back to vendor without notifying me once had to reorder door on 10/08/19 and as of 10/23/19 employees can’t tell me where or when door will be delivered terrible customer service at Santa Ana Home Depot employees don’t seem to know anything

It was easy to install

Using the Home Depot video, I purchased this door. It arrived with no mounting hardware, although the LIF Industries pdf showed the way to mount to a stud frame. LIF Industries told me there was no way to mount it to a wooden stud with a welded frame door all without removing the stud. The Home Depot video was misleading and showed an erroneous rough opening. The whole thing was a waste of money and I likely will make no more major purchases from Home Depot, as I can't trust the information.

The Home Depot video rough opening spec will cause you problems. The product instruction pdf shows a much larger rough opening than the Home Depot one implies. For me, this required moving the studs out on my rough opening significantly and delaying installation for quite a while. Read the instructions BEFORE purchasing so you are sure your opening is correct. If you planned to mount this door on a standard home rough opening, you will either be returning the product or engaging in serious modification to your home doorway. Also plan on purchasing a new threshold at extra cost.
