Good door for the dollars. Good fit and prime. Easy to install and paint.

The door came well packaged. The hardware was very heavy duty. Unhappy with the fact that it did not come with a threshold or any type of weatherstripping. Would not recommend for a retrofit application.

Door was good, but the framework was bent some. Did not check conditions of the door till I got it home and noticed the palate was damaged!

Ordered this door to replace an existing one, first one was damaged in shipping, Home Depot tried to get one expedited but still had to wait almost 2 weeks. Frame is solid and durable but door skin in flimsy, tack welds at seams and corners have varying levels of penetration, naturally the bottom corner (of the latch not the hinge side) are already cracked door has 1/8"+ of "play" or "warping/bubbling" throughout entire skin on both sides. Overall poor construction and inconsistency in welds. Next time I will buy a good frame and search elseware for heavier duty door.

the door arrived on time and in fine shape. the only complaint i have is that the door was NOT primed. since i store the door in a shed for several week i am lucky it is not rusty.

Door and metal frame is solid. I wish I knew before purchase that it was not insulated.

Doors are made for concrete block and new construction, two of the three doors ordered were damaged prior to pick up had to cut door frame, install and re-weld them, also doors were bare metal no primer like the picture

Wasn't painted gray like it was supposed to be! But other then that it was fine.

the pre hung steel doors were well manufactured and reasonable to install in both masonry and wood frame structures, a good value for the quality.

Looks like it was dropped and crushed in spots obviously by a forklift. This is the second time trying to get this one door. Two times now the door was delivered the 1st was wrong door shipped, second door not acceptable and rejected by my customer who saw it before I did. I like shopping here and this is certainly not normal, but twice. I have pictures and the store people were very helpful. The problem started at the manufacturer and its QC not the store

A commercial door, with this fire rating, and commerical lockset is 3 times the price quoted by any other door supplier local to North Dakota.

I have hung numerous doors but these doors are not easy to ihstall.

Used this door to replace a rusted out similar door in an existing brick wall. The instructions weren't very clear on how to use this frame in such an instance. There was no clear way to secure it once in place other than grouting it in which isn't an option in cold weather. Even then there's no provision to pour the grout. Wound up using anchors through the frame which ruined any aesthetic there might have been. Also, door comes with locking handle but you'll want a deadbolt as well for security if for an exterior application, which isn't included. Also open the packaging at the store. Mine had a bent frame that wasn't obvious until I took the cardboard off. Couldn't do much about it other than straighten it out a bit because it takes so long for the door to show up (special order) so I just had to take it to get the job done. On the plus side the given measurements were spot on and it fit right in the hole.

The order took a week longer than Home Depot said to arrive. Door is not painted, just bare metal. I was expecting paint or powder coat. I laugh wen I can tag "beautiful appearance" as a Pro on this rating page. Door is definitely not beautiful. Other than no paint, it is as expected and passed fire code inspection.

This is a heavy duty good quality door. The door lock set is a good heavy duty unit also. I have two wishes about this door. 1 that it would have had a part number for the matching threshold and 2 that the finish was a little more even. It's great otherwise.

Instalation was a bit confuseing. Frame was un like any other I have installed, but with a little creative carpentry they got in the wall and look great. I think if they were being installed during construction they would be easyer than installing as a replacement.

Door came in on the crate packaged perfectly and without damage, but hinge screws were missing and the door was not painted. During purchase process I was not contacted about mounting hardware which I expected to hear from LIF Industries about, but they just shipped an unfinished product, as if they didn't care.

We had a local gang spray paint our door and ruin our door knob so we replaced our old with this new door and knob works great they cant break through this door

The door is as expected. A decent door at a decent price. My only complaint is that they could build in ways to secure the door through the frame as well as the tie ins they supplied. One other comment, it is too bad the door can't be shipped to store for pick up, and save the shipping costs. Otherwise a good door and solid value for the price.

No primer or paint on door, no bolts for installation. Made for new construction only. Heavily built (good quality) Expensive shipping, took forever to receive. Overall a well built door for the money

I like the door. However, the lock did not have a key included. I called the manufacturer and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They said I would have to order another lock. So I would not recommend this door because I can't use it without a key. Pretty unbelievable actually.
