I like that I can see inside well lit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I don't like to this refrigerator is the light. From my old refrigerator to this new one, I am used to see the inside of my refrigerator bright. My new one LG, the light is not bright. I wish I can make it brighter.

Best Buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceeds our expectations. Number one; it makes good ice and the amount meets our needs which is above average as we live in the Carribean and use alot throuhout the day. Better quality and quanity than the much more expensive refridgerator that we replaced. Surface stays very clean, any fingerprints are easily removed with a gentle wipe. Good design, especially like the projection of the lower drawer, very convenient for sitting items on while removing something from the upper shelves. Maintains constant and acturate temmperatures, checked with a thermometer.
Before purchasing we compared many different makes, when comparing the features, performance and price it's the best buy around. Highly recommend. K & C. St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Yes! So Happy we chose LG

Initially I was surprised there isn't a butter garage, but using a little container in the top shelf is even better for stick butter storage, because it allows storage in front for rest of dairy, cream cheese, sour cream now its always there there's no searching for it. (see picture)
I love the function of the drawers, how easily they slide in and out, seems the interior parts are not cheaply made they very nice and sturdy. The stainless steel on the front is sooooo easy to wipe fingerprints off, this entire refrigerator is light years away from our old Whirl p o o l

The crisper drawers need to have handles at the top of the bins not the bottom of each bin

Like the look
I bought this to replace my LG that finally died after so many problems. I like the no handle look but don't think it had tall people in mind. There should be door pockets on top of doors instead of just the bottom to open and especially close the doors. The draws have no handles and you have to bend way over to open. I prefer the previous models ice and water dispenser where I didn't have to change selections and the ice dispenser is very slow to drop ice.

Enjoying the tap and view feature and craft ice.

The space inside the doors is large and holds all essential items to make for a more organized refrigerator. We have not had any repair items as of yet and the "look" is amazing in our new house.

A good Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is roomy, quiet, easy to clean, and able to keep consistent temperature. However, the temperature adjustments are just approximate. The actual inside temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator sections in the refrigerator we received are always about 2 to 3 degrees colder than the settings.
Most of the shelves are fixed except the top shelf in the refrigerator section which has 2 height positions. It would be nicer to have more shelves height adjustments to provide flexibility.
I wish the refrigerator door can be opened wider. The bottom drawer often hits the door gasket when it needs to be fully opened. Also because the 2 height positions of the top refrigerator shelf are only different by 2 inches, to install the shelf in the lower position, the shelf cannot be tilted enough to avoid scrapping the shelf with the door and the door gasket. I think it should help significantly if the door is allowed to open wider by about 15 to 20 degrees.

This model with no handles meets our needs because of the spacing in the kitchen. The ice maker can’t keep up if you have a large family. The shelves have limited adjustability. The design and style is beautiful. Doors open and close as intended.

Great features

Disappointed, it did not meet our expectations. It is spacious & the ice maker does work. However, it is not printproof, there is no storage section for the butter, & the door shelves don't adjust. It is almost as if when we ordered it on-line, we received an older model/version of the refrigerator we looked at in the store. We have had it for 3 weeks.

The best Fridge I have owned in 20 years
We purchased this unit to replace a refrigerator that failed after 5 years. There are so many things I like about this fridge that it's hard to jknow where to start. 1) the refrig / freezer works great. Super quiet as opposed to the previous unit. 2) I love the ice maker in the door. It has plenty of ice for us and frees up about 15% of the total freezer space. 3) The door open reminder is cool. None of my previous uits had that. 4) the no protruding handle feature is nice. Interestingto get used to but very convenient after. All i all if I didn't have one of these I buy one again.

Shelves are not adjustable. This doesn't seem like a big deal but it's very inefficient. The top of the fridge is completely taken up by a large ventilation device. If you are planning to put anything on top of it as we had, it won't work. The ice and water buttons are awkward to use and the water dispenser is much more likely to spill than our older much less expensive fridge.

Quiet!

Hard to find!
I am so happy with my new refrigerator. It is a nice looking, functional, and white. I prefer white appliances but they are not easy to find, White looks clean to me. The two types of ice in the door dispenser are small cubes and crushed, along with purified water. To access, you press the "select" word and stop on the pictured item that you want. The two refrigerator drawers have a lip on the bottom-front of the drawer which is different from the usual drawers. I think I like it better. There is no butter bin. There is a lip on both the freezer and refrigerator doors rather than handles. I recommend this purchase.

Nice but would not purchase again

My fridger
We have had fridge for about a month it has a good appeal to it with the design. The fridge offers a lot of space in both the freezer and fridge sides.. The change design of the ice maker was smart the old design that was on the top portion of the freezer took up a lot of room now the design is on the inside top portion of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 💕 LOVE this refrigerator but with a thought for improvement: filling a glass w ice sounds like an avalanche! of ice falling (make ice shavings instead of big clumps); and produce, etc., drawers the upper drawer should extend out to meet, or almost, the bottom drawer, making drawer bigger. Other than these two suggestions, I am very happy with the refrigerator!
