Great size for our 2nd refrigerator, and it has great storage too. It holds everything and gives us more ice. No need for a water dispenser on 2nd unit so we had that option. Did I mention it looks great too?

Just bought my fridge about three months ago. I previously had an LG similar to the new one but lightening hit it and destroyed it , but I loved it so much I got another LG.I have the French door model with the center full convert drawer that can be used as a fridge or a freezer and then it has the bottom freezer. These fridges have the most useable space of any fridge on the market. Love the large door shelves and the door in door option to be able to get to my most used items like creamers and condiments without opening the entire fridge , saving energy. I keep all of my meats and cheeses in the full convert drawer with the temp a little cooler to keep the meat fresher. And I also got the craft ice maker. Love it!! Also like the fact that it connects to my WiFi so I can monitor it when I’m away from home. If I had had this option with the first one I would have know it wasn’t running after the lightning strike and I could have had someone unplug and clean it out. I was out of state at the time and had no idea, so by the time I got home everything in it was rotted and invested with bugs. Which meant it was unfixable. If I had caught it earlier I could have had it fixed. The only con I have with the newer models , unlike my older one where you had multiple options of arranging your shelves in the fridge , the current ones do not. The way the shelves come are pretty much the only option. Which means I could only move one shelf that is in two sections to a little higher height and then slide the front section back so as to create a large space so that would have enough height to put tall items like my tea pitcher and milk bottles. This is a feature that needs fixed. You have to be able to have more options to move your shelves to different heights to accommodate different sized items. But all in all I love my fridge.

We upgraded our fridge and gained 7 cu ft of storage. Love the taller water dispenser, the craft ice maker and the convert drawer. Excellent value in a larger fridge.

There is so much space, outer door is so useful, the shelving is perfection. There’s plenty of ice, the added whiskey ice works wonderfully in any drink pool side. Both fridge and freezer have a magnificent layout.

I was so excited to get this fridge. No problems at first...but then the Craft Ice Maker kept freezing up. I had to empty my fridge and unplug it so the ice maker would thaw out. I thought that would solve my problem. But it just froze up again! It was working for a while then the ice balls froze in the tray before they were dispensed into the bin. Water kept pouring into the tray and over spilled into the bin. This is what I got. I am not able to use the Craft Ice maker anymore. What a waste of money. Should have bought a different fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honesty, I have been around the world with the Army. This fridge gives my family and I the versatility we need for our everyday use and shopping. I personally like the quick release door, and the adjust shelving depending on what you want.

We bought this fridge less than 3 months ago. I wanted it for the craft ice, be careful what you wish for. 1 - Craft ice makes 6 balls in 48 hours, EXTREMELY slow 2 - Regular ice functions poorly. Regular ice takes a while to make and the bucket is very small. If you like a lot of ice, go with a different fridge. Highly upset with this. 3 - Regular ice not functioning after less than 3 months. The rotating ice tray wedged and no longer functions. I am calling our supplier once they open (irritating) The fridge itself is pretty cool, the basic features ill designed and engineered make this product not worth the money. I would definitely find a more reputable fridge. Due to rules on this review site, I will not name the competitor which is highly regarded and makes products that not only functions like it should but lasts.

It’s spacious, bright, lots of options to change sizes for different items, easy to clean and the flex drawer is a great concept and well executed. The main issue is craft ice. A great concept but poorly executed. whwn it worked it was a great addition, sadly it has barely worked. Our first one failed just after a year of ownership so we had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. 2 months later, the replacement failed. The ice gets stuck in the mold and won’t fall into the tray but the machine thinks they did so it attempts to fill the mold again which just sprays water into the ice tray creating a big block of ice that is not useable. It really sucks that this is the case because it was such a fun addition. Overall I do recommend the fridge but don’t count on craft ice working unfortunately.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago although we initially had trouble getting through the door, it has operated beautifully once we did! I just LOVE the craft ice maker and especially the door in door feature. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

First, let me say i love this refrigerator, however, I did buy it for the craft ice. I have owned it for two years and just had my 3rd craft ice maker replaced. I bought the extended warranty so i'm not out $$ but I love the craft ice and I just want it to work. My giant mastiff wants it to work too. She is soooo disappointed when I go to the fridge and there is no ice ball...only the little ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the appliance, for the most part. We recently experienced the Craft Icemaker failure that many customers have experienced. The craft icemaker forms ice bridges between the craft iceballs. This prevents the craft ice from being dropped out of the icemaker and as the icemaker cycles to create more ice, water is dumped into the craft ice container.

This refrigerator along wit the app use is so advanced from other products. The look and operation are both amazing and impressive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG Fridge little over year old. Compressor gave out three weeks ago. Waiting on repair. I really loved this fridge. Disappointed it broke in such a short time. Hope when it gets fixed, it will last longer than a year. I also have LG washer and LG dryer no issues. My fridge picture after all food removed. Looks brand new.

So i had the lg fridge without the center drawer at my last house and loved it. But there are some key differences in this one that make me not love it as much. I'll give credit first, the center drawer for snacks (we keep fruit and cheesesticks and such in it for the kids) is great. Mostly keep the kids from opening the rest of it which is wonderful. Its coolit can convert to freezer though i have not used it for that and am not sure when i would but who knows. What i dont like... the same dispenser for ice and water. My last one was separate and had a slide out piece to hold up big pitchers which this one lacks. The second ice maker in the freezer is not needed and takes uo valuable freezer space. And has a hole in the back so im not sure how it even holds ice because other stuff i put in it falls out the back and i end up chasing. The shelves are barely adjustable and the doors have hardly any storage, a huge change from my last lg fridge and bad in my opinion. Its fine and ill live with it, but the old design was better.

We were very skeptical of a counter/cabinet depth refrigerator just not being large enough after years of have a side by side freezer/fridge. We were concerned of the fit as well, but it fit like a glove. The delivery guys had to disassemble the doors and hinges to get it into the house, but once installed - WOW! This fridge is massive inside. We keep saying it’s empty, but it has everything we had in the old one plus MORE. Can say nothing less than “WE LOVE IT”!!!

I love the craft ice maker, although the only downside is that it takes forever to make just a few ice balls. Other than this, so far I’m very pleased.

Was really worth the waiting period. Has good bright inside lighting & BEST of all is .....lots of room! I converted the middle shelf into a freezer instead of a frig drawer. I love it! Ha! Ha! I still have not even removed the plastic covering to protect it from finger prints. It makes a lot of ice so living by myself I turn it off when full. The best LG Refrigerator I have come across. Also will go through LG warranty company instead of going through the seller .

Love this refrigerator - like having an outer door which opens without opening whole refrigerator. Also very fun "ice balls" in addition to regular ice.

So far we love this refrigerator except for one thing, all the lights are around the front edge of the door. There is no light in the back. It looks like a bulb is burned out because it’s so dark in back. This is something you can’t tell in the store because it’s empty. I spent $3000+ on this thing and now I’m going to have to buy a light to put in the back.

There were screws missing from the top of the unit, LG stated they would send the top to me, but never did. BAD support.

We wanted to replace it with the best, so we chose LG. Looks like we made the right decision. We love all the room, the door in door feature is great. The option on the middle door is second to none.

Great size and lots of room. Don’t buy because of the craft ice. It’s so slow to make and honestly you can make more yourself using silicone molds. That’s extra space in freezer for something else. That being said the regular ice and crushed ice are the best. My family loves it and with the kids moving back home the extra size is great. The WiFi feature is awesome so when kids leave door open I get an alert. If they sold this same refrigerator w/o t he craft ice option meaning the round balls then I would highly recommend.

I am really impressed with the stylish look, storage capacity & lay-out, dual ice makers including craft ice & the efficient & quiet Inverter Linear design. The door-in-door feature is very convenient & a nice energy saving feature.
