Laundry goes in dirty, comes out clean. The control panel is too touch sensitive and has too many options but nobody's perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am so glad I did. It is a great washer and great features. This replaces a older Lg washer that we had for 12 years and it gave us good service.

I am very dissapointed in my purchase! The washer does not have enough water that enters the drum, there for my cloths do not come clean! I had a Maytag and it was working very poorly, the bearings were going out on it. It cleaned my clothes! I called the LG customer service, they recommended washing on the towel cycle, it did add a little more water. It is too bad you can't return an item when you are not satisfied, I would have done this. It is doulbe the cost of my Maytag and not worth it. DO not buy this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the washer for almost a year and it saves so much money on water. The washing features go from the intensity to the very delicate cycle which I appreciate when I am washing a rug or my delicate tops.

Quality of washed loads has been excellent. Washer is extremely heavy and difficult to move.

The machine’s bearings wear out and to replace it — without replacing the dryer too — is virtually impossible. Although LG says you can stack with the rack and Home Depot offers installation with that in mind — the actual delivery teams won’t do it. So essentially Home Depot is ruining LG reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine about a month ago from BestBuy. It looks great and also wash great too. There is no doubt that this machine is so far the best washing machine I have ever owned or even used. But it came with a very nagging and constant issue of water leaking. I always use a very high quality HE detergent, Persil. When I first contacted LG customer service to get the problem fixed, they suggested me to check the detergent and shared some nice video on how to solve the issue. As per the suggestion, I used less amount of detergent. But the problem persists. I went to reduce the detergent amount by half and still the issue is there. My previous LG washing machine (Model. WM2016CW) never had any such issue and served me for about 12 years without any problem. That's why I decided to purchase another LG this time. I also like to mention that LG customer service is not that great. It seems to be reluctant to provide warranty service even within a month after purchase. Now, I have to re-think about LG products in future.

This washer looks very sleek and I love how it has a speed wash option. It seemed to work pretty well until few hair got caught at the rim if the door. I was puzzled how water could drip from the sealed door just because few hair got stuck between the door and the rubber rim. The instruction does state that this could happen so I guess I just need to be careful and watch to see if water drips again. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Love it! I have huge comforters and they fit easily and wash up beautiful! Tiny loads work fast and come out perfect!

The product is excellent but the installation was a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My installation person forgot to remove the shipping bolts so my initial experience was less than stellar (very noisy and a lot of vibration during the spin cycle). I was tempted to return the washer. But once I checked the LG website and saw the troubleshooting video, I realized the shipping bolts, meant to prevent damage to the drum during the shipping process, were not removed. Once removed, the washer was ultra quiet and I am extremely happy I made this purchase.

Has more features and selections than our previous machine. Able to adjust water temp, spin speeds etc. Is very efficient as far as water usage. Seems to take less time to wash items than our previous machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago. Does a really nice job. Washing part of the cycle is much longer than my old front loader that was 11 yrs old. When running with the turbo option the machine walks. Bought rubber feet and now it is not as bad. The vibration on the floor is not as bad now too. There are more levels of soil than my old machine, as well as water temps. The tune it plays at the end is hilarious.
