I have had the set for about a year now. This is my second front loading LG washer with matching dryer. Liked the first set better but had to leave with the sale of our home. This one has so many settings but not all work well. The best way to use it is pick the setting that works and adjust. Seems silly. Even had the tech out and he explained all the settings and verified that washer was working correctly. Same with matching dryer. The best way to dry clothes is to choose the timed dry and adjust. Just plain silly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer around a month ago. I am still learning how to use it, impressed with it so far. I would recommend it, so many choices.

We bought this washer in November 2021 and initially loved it. Beginning in the summer, it started having OE error interrupting the wash cycle. It was occasional, but by the end of the summer the machine wouldn’t work at all without being manually drained, and allowing to “rest” for a week or more. LG simply said machine is out of warranty. Never buying another LG appliance ever again. What an expensive mistake and shame on LG for being okay with a 1.5 year life span on a $1K+ washer.

Looks sleek and works great. Cleans well on all settings and lots of space for bulky items.

Runs great, does a fantastic job with wash loads. Like the wifi notifications - WHEN IT WORKS! From day one, the wifi does not stay on. I have to unplug the washer for a minute to get the wifi light to stay on. The dryer - which has the same control panel - stays on all the time. Had geek squad work on the problem and they replaced the control panel/wifi board and the problem still exists. Other than that issue, we really like these appliances. Hopefully we can get the wifi issue figured out considering that was one of the deciding factors in purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer leaks constantly but it’s intermittent. I finally got fed up after it leaked 3 washes in a row. Service showed up and of couse it didn’t leak. The service man blamed the pods soap I was using, then he blamed the size loads I was washing too small, too big, pods too big. This is the first time I bought this brand and it’s too bad because I think it washes the clothes well but the leak is unacceptable. I wish I didn’t buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a washer – it's fine, and does the job. One of the main reasons for buying this washer specifically was for the WiFi functionality. What a mistake. After initially getting things set up, it's plagued with the same bug as everyone else. The network card will run out of storage, restart, and self-assign it's IP address. There are plenty of forum and blogs posts online about the issue. Customer support hasn't been helpful in any way. Wouldn't recommend at all.

It's like a spaceship when you first get it, so many strings, so many things and you can control it all from your phone. Told the kids to start a load and want to make sure it's getting done? Look in your app. Pause or restart a load and check if you need maintenance get tips and tricks and reminders on cleaning your filters, or if your filter is dirty and the kids didn't clean it, your app tells you that you're not getting your optimum dry and to clean the filter, or get reminders to run your clean cycle in the washer. It's a fantastic investment, and your clothes will thank you. 😊 saving water, gas and energy. I love this set.

I can’t believe it doesn't turn on even if you reboot it or unplug it. We were not expecting from such a reliable company as LG. And of course, it broke after a year so we can’t use our warranty. Be careful when you buy these items.

I continue to learn the nuances required to get a well washed load. My password is totally messed up and am unable to reset it so I have lost the remote features. I called for help but was told it was refrigerator season, call back in fall. These are the most expensive washer and dryer I have ever owned, and can’t say I am thrilled.

We bought this washer a few weeks ago, and were prepared to wait a few weeks for the delivery because the deal was so good on such a great washer--effectively the same price as one with lesser features that could be delivered faster. However, the washer came in RECORD time and has been 100% worth way more than what we paid. We're delighted!

I bought this washer a little over a month ago. It has been great and I really like the feature where I can change wash settings through the app. It gets my clothes really clean and gets stains out. The only thing I'd change about this (and it might not be a changeable thing in a front loader) is that I'd like to be able to launder my heated mattress pad, which requires me to fill the drum and soak 5 minutes, agitate gently 2 minutes, spin, cool rinse, agitate 1 minute and spin again. There's no way to program that into this machine, and with all of the fancy cell phone controlled features, I would think that should be an option- a build your own cycle option. Looks like I'll still have to go to the laundromat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG was delivered on time by a pair on polite, competent fellows who removed old machine, installed and tested new one and gave me an orientation. All fuss-free. I proceeded to wash all sorts of things and found myself delighted with the multiple steam cycles as well as the other choices. Quiet. And heavenly clean, gently handled clothes.

This is my second LG washer and I love it. The cycle options are perfect and being able to modify temperature and wash time just makes it so easy to do the chore we all hate.

We purchased this after ours quit after 13 years. We were planning to have it repaired however the cost effectiveness was almost mute. I purchased a new one and very happy with washer. This model comes with wifi connection ability and very easy to operate. After a few loads my wife was happy with the results of the washer and probably will purchase a new dryer of the same set. The ability to set and forget was perfect for what we needed and save energy aswell. We hope this washer surpasses the life expectation of the old model. I will continue to purchase LQ products.

I would give it a five star but because of the delivery provider and service, I gave it a four star. The delivery provider rescheduled my order three times and delivered the wrong unit at the end of the day. I called many times until I got my order delivered. Still, the delivery provider did not provide parts and did not install it. Their service is a nightmare.

Replaced our 4 year old set from a different manufacturer with this set and could not be any happier. They are quiet, fast, effective, and efficient!

We love our new washer, clothes come out fresh and clean.

I have owned LG products for over 20 years. Currently moved out of home and left my LG washer and dryer. Never had any issues. Moved into new home bought same LG products, they wash and dry fantastically!
