[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old convection oven died and I searched and compared ovens that were economical and had a lot of features that I liked. This one fit the bill I love how it converts the temp, I love how fast it heats up water. I love how it bakes. Things I’m not crazy about the “Easy clean” function. Makes oven too wet, the oven racks are very flimsy and for the price of the oven the air bake rack and basket should be included. Other wise it performs as it says. I was surprised at the very blue inside I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: 1 - Very spacious overall and the bottom draw is huge. 2 - The inside of the stove is beautiful blue, well lit and very large - love it. 3 - The glass top is very shiny and with proper care and cleaning it will stay that way 4 - Super accurate temperatures 350= 350 5 - Knobs and controls - safely places in the back panel and easy to manage. The not nice: 1 - No grill tray “whatttt” - had I known / read the fine print or asked I would have kept the one I had prior to disposal. 2 - No proofing feature - A must have on all ranges and stoves. 3 - Connecting to Wi-Fi - not easy, but I’ll keep trying. Overall, great purchase and it compliments my kitchen very well.

We wanted a stainless steel finish stove with an air fryer and convenient settings. We had researched and found that LG stoves have a good reputation for quality. Wr haven't had a chance to use the air fryer feature yet, but are enjoying using the stove so far. I baked a cake for Easter using the convection bake feature. It turned out great. The warm zone feature is a favorite one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have loved everything about this range. The air fryer cooked to perfection chicken drum sticks leaving them so juicy. The stove top cooks food evenly. We got new cookware to use so not to scratch the surface. I do wish the airfryer tray came with it, for the price you think it would. I love the knock feature for the oven light. The keep warm area on the stove top really comes in handy, and it has 3 heat settings. The convection oven setting makes the perfect biscuits, flaky on the outside while soft inside. This range has so many great features I haven't had the chance to use them all yet. I have set out to make a brand new recipe every week just so I can try it all out. So far, I am so happy with my choice!

This is a beautiful range, especially the cobalt blue oven interior! The variety of stove burner sizes is a real plus and certainly energy efficient. I’m looking forward to using the convection oven and air fryer features.

I bought this unit with a bundle of three and was greatly disappointed with two of them. The stove had the distinct characteristics of it either being used or a floor model. We purchased the LG stove on the promise that it was brand new even coming with the newness brand new scent. I am particularly sorry that I chose this unit to show guests of mine what a difference it made to my kitchen, it did not achieve this merit as it’s appearance showed a worn and possibly used unit with scuff marks, sharp edges, doors and trim not fitting properly and not to mention old food stains on the side trims were grossly stained.

It was so time for new appliances I got a matching dishwasher and love that too CAN NOT EQIT FOR YHE MATCHING REFRIGERATOR TO ARRIVE!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range at the end of January 2022 and it’s more than half a month I’ve been using it. I’m glad I made the right decision as the app ThinQ is so useful to remind you for what’s going on and time to clean it. Moreover, it’s easy to use and the QR code magnet on the range helps to use it easily and correctly.

I absolutely loved this stove when I purchased this in August of 2021. I works well and does everything it promises However, it is very dangerous to have. The knobs are very easy to turn on without even knowing that you did. Literally just a tap and they are on. If you have small children or pet, beware! I came home with groceries and unloaded them on the counter and on the stove, and you guessed it, I bumped it without knowing it was on. I ran to the back of the house to let my dogs out before Input the groceries away. If it wasn’t for the smoke detector our whole house would have burned down. I spent 30,000 on a brand new kitchen just 3 moths ago for cabinets, appliances and countertops. Sadly, I’m going to have to replace my oven hood and a different stove because of this stove. I have the complete LG Thin Q set, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Stove. I have the LG microwave as well, but it’s not Thin Q. I love all the products except the stove. This stove needs a recall.

I bought this range in July 2020 but it was not delivered until December 2020. Within a few months the numbers around the burner knobs on the control panel rubbed off. It was under warranty so they replaced the control panel. They are rubbing off again, and it’s been over a year so they will not fix it. Obviously, there is a problem with the product or it wouldn’t have happened again, but LG sent the link for me to buy the parts & pay for the repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really skeptical about the blue inside, but really wanted all LG products and we wanted a stove with an air fryer in it. We have had the stove for a few weeks and dont even notice the blue inside. We are so happy with our purchase!

The top cooking areas scratched on the first use. With the high cost of this unit you think they would have better quality. We had a sumsung for 10 years and didn't have this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG oven has an awesome *blue* interior that is easy to keep clean! Bad news on the glass top stove, though. Even when you follow the manufacturer's directions and clean the glass top after use, it's still leaves a grayish-white stain where the heating element is located. We made sure to not shake our pans on the surface, like when you sautee items. *Why doesn't the manufacturer make the glass top a white, gray, or silver color, so that pans can't leave marks on it???* (The attached pic has a lot of reflection on it, but you can see the gray/white "ring" on it... along with the LG microwave reflection!) We have only had this appliance for a few months, and it's permanently marred from normal use.

Horrible customer service. I love to cook using my oven and I can’t because this part is apparently hard to get. SMH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We traded up from another LG range and are so happy we stuck with this amazing brand. This range is outstanding in every way. Not only is it beautiful but it's intuitive, easy to use, multi-functional, and beyond impressive in its cooking abilities. The "knock" to turn on the interior light is cool but also very handy. The cooktop's five burners heat up quickly and cook evenly. The oven's interior is super easy to clean. The baking, convection, and air frying functions work flawlessly and cook perfectly - never over under-done. Positioning the knobs at the back of the unit was one of the main reasons we wanted this gem - our previous LG had the knobs on the front and we were frequently bumping into them and accidentally turning them on. This design should be an award winner. We're so very happy with this range, as we are all of of our LG products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the oven and the stove top! I used an oven thermometer and it showed the temp to be spot on!

I'm very disappointed with this stove. 1. The red light showing a burner is on doesn't indicate which burner. 2. The red light that shows the stove top is hot doesn't indicate where. 3. The oven racks tilt downward when pulled out with a pot or broiler grill is on them. They slide toward the door and could fall on the glass door if you aren't able to hold the pot with one hand - very precarious situation. See photo and look at the tilt on the inside wall. 4. The enamel in the oven is chipped, never had this happen over many years and many stoves. Cheap material. The company sent a touch up pen for me to use on it. 5. Stovetop seems to scratch beneath the surface of the glass. It's so strange and a nuisance to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my range for about a month and I'm really enjoying cooking on it. The surface gets hot very quickly and the cleanup is a breeze. I've not had a chance to really dive deep into all the features of the oven, but so far it's worked like a dream. I really enjoy the pleasant chiming of the timers and the app notifications are really handy. The tap to see inside the oven is really nice too, although it's been turned on by accident before - not a big deal. I really love my new range overall... huge upgrade from my previous one.

The cooktop is terrible. “Metal marks” were left that can not be removed after first use. Support stated that it’s due to using improper cookware and you can only use stainless steel.. cooktop was replaced, stainless steel pans were bought, same issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is not a single thing I dislike about this stove. Burners are quick to heat up and cool down. Oven heats up quickly and maintains proper temp. I haven’t used all the features yet but I will as time goes by. It has convection and air fry which I love.

My only complaint is the black stove top shows dirt very easily. I have to clean it way more than my white stove top. Other than that, I love it.

I purchased the whole kitchen suite and was very impressed by the look but the quality is not there. The stove has several issues. I used the self cleaning option and it ruined the finish inside and LG does not want to help with it. This is less than a year old. The glass top is turning white under the burner and can not be cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend it as it is cheaply built.

Burners ultra heat quick boiling great. Keep warm burner super nice especially when cooking alot of foods for a meal. 3 sizes of burners all in one super great. Love oven light knock it comes on or off, open oven door comes on automatically,. No more forgetting to turn oven light off. Love So easy to clean. Love easy clean oven.

I bought this in July and should have returned it but I thought LG was a reputable company that would honor their product. The front corners on the cooktop are "wrinkled" and they won't admit it's a design defect. Hope they have this in their kitchen! I put a dent in the stainless strip by just bumping a pan on it. Didn't try to lie about it. That is all the tech had to see to say he would not replace the cooktop.....the elements are also not right....he tried a test but he is aware of the issue and knew how to get around it. The technician was kind enough to take a key out of his pocket and stuff the oven gasket back into the hole that it should have been securely fitted into.
