We had our refrigerator installed 21Feb2024. It’s cooling and freezing everything as it should at this time. We tested the freezer mode in the Full-Convert drawer and water froze in 24 hrs. Deli mode is doing a good job of keeping things cool. The door ice and freezer craft ice both work. It took a while (24+ hrs) for either to drop ice but the book informs the user of this. We like the fact that the ice maker is on the door although the door is heavy and may slam shut due to this extra weight. This refrigerator requires the left door to close first in order for both doors to close. I would rather be able to close either door first like in our other refrigerator. It is a matter of adjusting our habits but slightly inconvenient. The motor seems to run more often than our other refrigerator and makes a bit of noise when going through freeze/ defrost cycles. We have a lot more space in this unit.

Best features: 1. door in a door. It saves us a lot of wasted time with whole fridge opened and air released. 2. Middle drawer. We put all meat, cheese & deli there. It gets opened nominally and therefore stays fresh. Love the dividers to keep it organized 3. Extra ice. Huge ice is made in the freezer it’s so helpful! Great fridge and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just had a house built and went with all new LG appliances since we had all LG appliances in our old house and zero issues with them and since this fridge has the built in dual ice maker ( regular and Craft ) we thought it was worth it , i love the smart features of it and can adjust temps and ice functions on the fly from my phone as well as run diagnostics but i really like the notifications features like when someone forgets to close the door and the dont hear the alarm i'll get notified on my phone. overall we love it with extra capacity and the middle draw we use as a drink drawer but can be used as a 2nd freezer draw

This Frig is peeling the protective covering that is put over the frig for the finger prints,, I have had the frig 4 months ..I hope they can do something about it .. It looks bad

Within 2 weeks of delivery, the ice maker started making noise and froze up. We contacted Home Depot, they directed us to LG. LG requires a technician to inspect before doing any warranty stuff. We scheduled the technician and he didn’t show up. When the ice maker doesn’t work, neither does the water dispenser. Overall, it’s a very expensive very disappointing fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon delivery of my LG refrigerator the water dispenser did not work. Nor did the ice makers. A new mother board was installed. So far the water dispenser works, but the stream is VERY slow. There is still something wrong inside the machine. Another warranty service call may be in order. Otherwise the fridge works fine.

I love the features on this refrigerator. The door in door is great and the convertible drawer so handy!

The fridge works great, icemaker and water dispenser are great. The unit is so deep that the doors had to be removed to fit through our doorway. There's a panel covering some electronics on the top of the fridge, and it had to be removed to remove the doors. The only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery guys couldn't find the original holes the screws went into for that top panel, so they brute force made new ones.

I was finally able to do the remodel and I'm thrilled to say that I absolutely love this fridge! The door-in-door and the freeze /fridge option of the middle drawer are so convienient! The layout is great and there is so much room for everything that it looks half empty even when I have all loaded in all my meat, fruit, & produce. I couldn't be more pleased with this fridge!

Bought the refrigerator less than a year craft ice maker quit working. Had it replaced. Now it has quit working again.

This model has every feature I want, including the double door for frequently used items and a full-convert fridge to freezer drawer! I followed the instructions about tossing first ice cubes & running water dispenser to clear air from the line, so easy. I love this fridge and hope it lasts forever!

I have had my LG fridge since May 2021. I've enjoyed the spacious interior. The drawer has been great and I love how I can change from fridge to freezer. The craft ice is great for my water bottles. If I need more I can turnonice plus. LG replaced the 1st system with a new one. It's not had a problem so far. I've been pleased so far.

Refrigerator delivered in Feb 2023. August 2023, freezer stopped working and a new compressor had to be replaced. This doesn't sound like I'm going to have good luck with this refrigerator. Very disappointing overall. Lost food and had a mess since the ice melted and came out through the dispenser on door.

It has a number of features we like - craft ice maker, dual-convert drawer, and the door-in-door feature top the list. Being able to adjust the fridge remotely is a big plus as well. We do miss a deli drawer inside the fridge. We use the dual convert drawer as a deli drawer, but if we want to convert the drawer to a freezer, we need remove the deli stuff and put it somewhere in the fridge. LG should offer a deli drawer as an optional add-on. The fridge is big, so make sure you have room. Ours sticks out 12" from our cabinets, when our old fridge stuck out 6". But, the features and size are worth it!!

My husband and I have had 3 visits by repair people and now are scheduling the 4th. You might get a “LEMON” like us. Home Depot should cease from selling this brand of refrigerator to customers who entrust Home Depot for a quality product. My husband has to keep his diabetes med code in the refrigerator, and we have 4 children whose food we had to throw away 3 times already. Too bad there is not a lemon law for LG refrigerators. Finally cooling but check the temp swings. We are left practically fridgeless & extremely frustrated. Do not buy. I have an unsafe 3k brick in my kitchen. LGs compressor has major issues. Buyer beware.

We bought this refrigerator two years ago and have changed the Craftman ice maker twice. Right now it does not make ice and it does not cool things leading food to spoil within a short time.

Purchased March of 2021 and have encountered constant problems with craft ice maker. Techs under manufacturers warranty have come twice to replace this craft ice maker and the problems continue. It drips water into craft ice maker pan and leaves a 1/2 inch thick layer of frozen water. This wieghs down on the tray which in turn tells the craft ice maker that the tray is full and it stops making ice. Unit constantly needs to be reset and tray taken out in order to break up layer of frozen ice.

I purchased this refrigerator over a month ago and it has been the best decision I ever made. The features are amazing! It is very spacious and comfortable. I love this appliance so much that I recommended it to my sister and she just purchased hers last week.

So far it’s great! Getting used to the great features!

I bought lg refrigerator less three years ago Tech replace ice maker Great job

Great size for our 2nd refrigerator, and it has great storage too. It holds everything and gives us more ice. No need for a water dispenser on 2nd unit so we had that option. Did I mention it looks great too?
