My washer stopped working one Sunday. It was a Samsung and it did have a recall on it. I am a die hard LG fan anyways, but I had never had tried their larger products. I have it has some amazing features and I can't even hear it, when it's on. I am one very satisfied customer.

I have had my washer for about 8 months. It’s loud and constantly goes out of balance. Very disappointing. Does an ok job with washing but for the price I expected better. I would not recommend this washer. I thought LG was a good brand and was planning on purchasing a kitchen set but now not sure that’s the brand I want if it’s anything like the washer and dryer.

This washer is the best I have ever owned. The steam, sanitize, and turbo wash functions are great. I also cannot believe how clean my clothes are after using the shorter cycle. Purchased after highest ratings in Consumers Report. Highly recommend!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this front load high capacity washer for 6 weeks now. It cleans very well and washes very fast, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes per load. We have washed comforters and have not experienced any of the vibration issues U have seen reported elsewhere. I purchased the sidekick washer as well and I am sure that helps stabilize the washer as well. One important note. If you buy the sidekick and the large washer you should be running that on a 20 amp circuit, not a 15 amp circuit like you would find in an older home.

I love this washer and dryer! The black stainless steel is really beautiful! The washer works great. Except when they delivered it, they didn't quite get it level.

We had the washer for 1 week when it broke down. Took two weeks for an LG repair man to show up. He then stated he had to get approval from Home Depot to order a new motherboard. A few days go by and we had to call home depot. The local store did little to help so we called the HQ. They were great to talk to and they called the local home depot to ensure they assisted us. Finally after 3 weeks an LG repair guy shows up and he is awesome. He gave us faith back in customer service. Time will now tell if the washer stays good or not. Gave two stars since we have had it for over a month and only got 1 week of use from it.

We got a new LG4370 washer today and it's a lemon!!!! :( Our choice was based on the reviews on this site and based on strong recommendation by bestbuy sales ( Pacific sales ) team. It's been a complete and utter lemon. Washer got delivered in the morning. The installation guy struggled to get washer working ( should have seen this as a red flag). He put it in some mode to show us water being injected and the drum moving, claiming that everything is fine. Once he left, washer won't work. ( Basically no water but the drum rotates ) I tried calling Best buy and LG, gave me the run-around. Called LG twice ..they were in maintenance.. For last 15 hours I've been reading the manual ( utterly incomplete), searching online and watching debug videos to root cause. Finally, i found a video that shows how to run diagnostics on this machine and lo behold two problems found 1)no water during pre wash 2) none of the water jets inside the drum working. This is one DAY 1!! Really disappointment in LG and bestbuy. We were so excited to get this washer. I'm convinced many of the 5 star reviews are paid reviews or fake reviews on lg.com and on bestbuy.com.

It's taken getting used to but it does a great job cleanibng clothes.

LOVE my new LG washer and dryer! I did my research, including consumer reports, and I am very please with my decision.

So far, great washer. I really like to Turbo Wash. With Millenials in the house, the washing machine is available much more often .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking at this washer since last fall and decided after reading many reviews of many different washers to pull the trigger and get this one. I LOVE IT!! Going from a small apartment size washer (was great when we lived in an apartment) to this beauty is such a treat. I won't know the exact numbers until we get our utility bill, but I know we are saving a lot on water and electric. The clothes come out clean, fresh and actually well wrung out----saves a lot of dryer time! Having had a front loader years ago, I already knew the importance of drying the door and inside the rubber "boot". I also take out the dispenser drawer and dry that. Leaving the door ajar and the drawer pulled out a bit helps to avoid some of the moisture issues. We have our laundry room on the main floor of our house, and I did find I needed to add an extra floor jack in the basement under that area. Just a 119 year old house dealing with a 1300 rpm 210 lb washer! The vibration wasn't bad but I wanted to reinforce things a bit----helped tremendously!!! I just love my LG washer. I don't regret this purchase one bit! I did get the extended warranty, only because of all the high tech electronics it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm replacing the WM4370 with LG WM3900. Per customer feedback: LG is on average is the most reliable. I returned the WM4370 washer which leaked after a few towel washes with extra rinses. Two extra rinses were needed, as an option, to remove the detergent because of insufficient water used during rinses. I used two extra rinses on the normal cloths cycle too. I use Tide HE detergent and kept it under the max line.

Great performance/quility. Got it on sale which is an added benefit. Had LG machines for 17 years without complaints and had to get the same brand/capacity after the move.

May only complaint is that the washing options are written in white on black and are difficult to read depending on the light in the room.

The washer works very well and has all the features I need.

I have the washer for about three weeks and it has been great. The different features it has for example the laundry comes out where it’s slightly damp. By putting this into the dryer the drying time is cut down a lot which is great. I have washed summer weight quilts king size. Saves on dry cleaning. The amount of washing detergent needed is very little to wash clothes. The sales person that I spoke highly recommended this make and model. Overall a happy customer. Cheers.

It handles largerloads, like my comforters or towels and does them in less time than my previous washers. It is also gret on my delicates.

This new LG has fixed all those issues and added some great new additions to things that I love about LG. It even plays a catchy little tune when its done, wash is complete and cleaner than ever and life is good.

I have had the LG washer for about a week and it is just great, especially with the easy use and turbo wash. So far I haven’t had any problems.

This new LG washer, on the same items, runs smoothly and you can hear it redistribute the load to minimize the vibrations.

i have had this washer about 1 month. So far it is great.

Very expensive, but excellent cleaning. Steam clean works well on cleaning out light mold and smell. Overall investment is what you should look for in these machines. Most Samsungs will fail in 6 years due to galvanic corrosion, I'm anticipating 10 plus with these.

I have been using this washer for around 6 weeks. It is very noisy on the spin cycle. It has even vibrated a inch off the wall. It always has suds left over after a normal wash. I have had to use a extra rinse cycle at each load. The washer cleans well and is brightly lit inside which I love. I'm afraid I am going to have problems in the future with the heavy vibration. It was professionally installed. For the price, I expected a 5 star washer.
