With even slightly thicker wire it is difficult to clasp the two sides together fully

Exactly what I needed.

We pulled a Christmas decoration out of the deep snow and the plug ripped off the cord. This little plug was simple to add to the cord and worked flawlessly when plugged in to test. The snowman will be ready for the next holiday season!

High quality great design

Looks good but I chose to return it in favor of a gold tone lamp cord with molded gold tone plug.

A simple quality replacement for my worn plug

Replaced broken vacuum cleaner plug works great

Used for a small hand held device where OEM cord metal fatigued wire broke and was a molded plug and cord assembly.. Worked fine. Good secure locking device for the cord as well.

My wife loves it because it bugs the wall and does not stick out from the wall. Also, when unplugging it, there are protrusions that make it easy to grip.

It was so easy to replace this plug that my 9 year old granddaughter helped me do it!

It's a quick and easy way to fix, or in my case shorten, some extension cords. Take your time and they go on really easy and seem to hold strong for a light weight plug.

Very easy to connect with cable and works great.

Home Depot should carry a two prong plug with and outlet on the rear to plus a device into it.
