We purchased the Spa and it operated okay for a few months. Had to replace motherboard as temp shot up to 118. The cover started to degrade and rip at the seams. Contacted for warranty replacement and was denied after several attempts.

We picked up our tub. Set it into place. Filled it. Plugged it in, followed instructions for chemicals, turned on the jets, let it warm up and 3 days later we were relaxing like kings and queens!

This is a great spa -- particularly for the price. I bought this spa after I had purchased one made by Strong Spas from a warehouse store that never worked. I am much happier with this one. It is compact so it does not take a lot of space, but still has a comfortable lounger. It takes a while to heat up and the jets are fairly gentle, but for the price I highly recommend it. The ozone system is a great feature that reduces the amount of chlorine needed. It was "plug and play" -- and I have had it for 9 months without any issues at all. Great purchase!

This is a great first time hot tub owners hot tub. No need to run 220 electric, it has enough power and the size is great. Insulation is much better than a prior hot tub I owned as well

Perfect hot tub. Love the bench feature and all the jets. We have had it for a month and are in it almost every night. Does not need a lot of chemicals. Great value!

We have had this hot tub for a year now. It has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it for families of three or four. Five people are a bit cramped but three fit very comfortably and there are several seating options to appeal to various needs. The Jets work fine and it keeps warmer than I expected--epecially during the winter; the unit kept warm long enough to enjoy a half hour or so at a time without a dramatic change in the power bill. Overall, we are very satisfied with this hot tub and consider it a great buy.

This has been a great hot tub for the year we have had it. Great price, delivered on time and easy set-up. The only issue is that the knob for the water fall has cracked. It didn't seem to sturdy. The heat stays at the proper temperature and it has been great. We use it all the time. More than we thought we would. Don't pass this one up.

Great Easy to Set up Spa Spa showed up for delivery with excellent packaging to prevent damage, including a separate box for the spa cover. Super easy to set up and the 110V plug-in even better. The cord is at the bottom, right underneath the controls, so that is a little something to take in consideration for your placement. Since this hot tub does not have a separate heater, it uses the motor to heat the water, so the jets will constantly run until the final temperature is reached. Don't be surprised that it can take almost 24 hours to maximize the water temperature at 104 degrees. But once it is, it runs quietly and only periodically to maintain the temp. Very solid unit, love the color LED light and the waterfall (spout) add some character. Recommended.

Bought spa when it was on sale. Very nice! The only draw back is that it took a day to heat up. Also, no steps were included with the spa. It did include the cover in which I didn't expect Overall I love it!

The spa is jut right for our family. There is a bench which is perfect for kids since the other seats are for adults. Not technically a plug and play since should have “dedicated grounded outlet” but that was easily installed by an electrician.

I have had the tub operating for a week now and everyone loves it. Setup was simple and quick although I had to run new wiring in order to provide a dedicated circuit. Performance wise, it heats relatively slowly at 1-2 degrees per hour, but I expected that. All in all, very good tub for the $!!

We have only had this tub for a couple of weeks but love it so far! Setup was a breeze basically just fill, plug. Maintenance has been easy too.

It is truly just a plug and play unit. It was delivered to my driveway and it took 3 men to move it o to place filled it up and jumped in. I love it. Great investment. I don’t even heat it yet. It’s July.

The Lifesmart Antiqua spa met my needs. Perfectly fit the space I had for it. Loved the color changing lights, super cool! The jets are not as strong as my prior spa, but they work well. I like the waterfall, nice touch. Great value for the money!

For the price this spa is just what we needed. Would have liked the air jets to be a bit stronger. They're output is pretty wimpy.

We got this simple plug and play hottub because we has toddlers, and they could walk and bob around on the bench area, the higher bench area is also nice to sit a little out of the tub when we get a little warm (we live in Florida). I am a small women and I can't sit in the two deepest bucket seats, but I appreciate that this hot tub has a less deep seat (with four jets), and the spot to sit between the seats (which has just one jet), and then the bench of course. We love the waterfall, and the kids live the color changing lights. I love that it is relatively small and not expensive to drain and refill with fresh water several times a year.

We've had this tub for about 4 months and use it frequently. It's been great so far and has kept the water warm with the included insulated cover. We live in the southwest US and the 110v heater is sufficient and keeps the water wherever we set it. The main seats have a variety of jets that are strong enough for us. Setup is simple, I do recommend using an inline hose filter to fill the tub and to use a drop test kit to maintain the water chemistry. I originally intended to use a saltwater system with this tub, but contacted the manufacturer who said salt water cannot be used. I've been using bromine and it has worked well so far. We picked this model for the lounge seat and rounded corner which fits our patio layout well. One thing to keep in mind is that the plug for this tub is quite large. I had to modify my outlet cover in order to fit the plug in it and close the door on top of it. Overall for the price it's a great tub and you can't go wrong.

We love this tub. The easy set up and the fact you don't need a 220line is great. Even with only the 120 volt it heated up in one day and is holding the temp with ease.

Very easy to place with a little help. The extention cord was tangled inside of the unit and would not pull out easily. Had to open service door to untangle. The screw on the left side of the service door had been overtightened and pull slightly into the soft material but closes satisfactorily.

We move regularly and this spa will follow us. It is light enough for 2 people to move it and its 110v hook up doesn't require additional electrical work as long as it's a dedicated line. It does everything our old hot tub did but better.

This is our 2nd Lifesmart Spa. We enjoyed the first one for about 3 years with no problems at all and when we sold our house and moved out of state we left the spa for the new owners. We bought the same model once we were relocated and have had it for a year now with no problems. The whole family really enjoys it and someone is in it every day. It worked perfectly in California and now that we are in Oklahoma the one we have here keeps the water perfectly hot, all year long. We bought the same model because we enjoyed the first one so much and have not been disappointed. We highly recommend Lifesmart Spas. They are easy to care for and seem to be a quality product with a long life. If something happens to this one we will definitely buy it again.
