Had issues with the shelving screws stripping out. Was not able to put long shelves up. The markings for the shutters are not ledge able in all areas needed.

Customer service at Home Depot was wonderful. Customer service at Estes shipper was awful. They lost my shed and delivery was 6 weeks instead of 7 to 10 days. They had barious incorrect notes in their system. Info ranged from it was delivered to customet refused delivery to we don't have it. I spent hours on the phone with them all to no avail. Home Depot finally straightened it out.

Nice durable shed. The video is very helpful, step by step instructions. I do like the size. Only had it for 3 weeks and it looks great. Shipping was excellent. Driver unloaded and placed the package in my backyard, he was very nice and friendly!!!

the guys insalling it was very nice but they did a messed up job on the roof above the door. if it rains it will leak. they didnt set the roof over the door rite. also the skylight has screws missing it would probable leak there as well. im not happy with the installation setup at all. ca in yoakum

Overall, the product is good. The written instructions could use a major re-do, but the available Youtube videos helped a lot. I'm very mechanically inclined and innovative but it would sometimes take an hour or 2 to figure out the next step. I did appreciate how the parts were packaged separately for each step but it would have been helpful if the bags were labeled with numbers or the name of the step. Besides the assembly instructions, my 2 issues with the building are; it's VERY easy to strip out the screws when installing them, and the doors are awful. I can't find one good thing to say about the doors as they do not fit the building correct and they do not latch. I built a new deck to mount the shed on on it was perfectly flat and level, so it had nothing to do with that I had to do a lot of modifications to them to get them to somewhat work.

I did have professionals build it last summer, so can't speak to that experience. And as some have noted, it was missing a small part, and would have required replacement because the manufacturer doesn't deal with that very well. But my installers knew they could use off the shelf hardware and did so. The shed is great! Well made, weatherproof and spacious. A good value but only much more time will tell if the name "LifeTime" is earned.

The floor along the border of the entrance is all busted up. SMH this thing has only been up for 7 months and barely used. Im so disappointed, this was not cheap

Two people assembled the shed but had to refer to a video a couple times to help assemble and there was one small door piece missing we noticed at the end of assembly, it took about 10 hours to complete

Had issues with the floor where the doors go; screws were awful (poor quality);instructions were mediocre.

This outdoor shed is a great bargain for some extra storage space. I would definitely recommend assembling the shed with at least one other person. I would definitely follow the video tutorial closely because there were a few snafus that I made that could have been avoided had I taken a deeper dive into the instruction manual.

I was surprised this item is one of true beauty. It mwas not difficult to assemble and I plan to purchase an additional one. It definitely met my expectation.

This is an ok product for what it cost. Be ready to spend about 10-12 hours completing this assuming you can find the correct parts fast enough. Open all 3 boxes and lay everything out first to make sure everything is there. The doors were not the greatest and seemed to be a little wavy you will spend a good amount of timing doing the roof and aligning the doors don't expect them to be a perfect fit. Even with the most leveled out foundation. See the other help videos to troubleshoot the adj.

It is perfectly what I needed and even more room inside than I expected . Great choice!

This shed is excellent, I absolutely love it. We had a problem fitting the doors together, but Lifetime quickly responded and sent us new door channels. I highly recommend it.

Unable to schedule delivery due to restrictive terms with delivery service. I returned this item to HD and bought a similar item at another seller with customer focused delivery terms.

I am very impressed with this shed! I just finished putting it together and I now have an excellent storage shed. I am 65 years old and I put it all together alone (except that my wife held the shutters while I screwed them in place and she held the last roof truss as I screwed it in place). Be patience as you assemble and use the YouTube video to assist. I would recommend this shed.

So the first thing I noticed was it says 3 grown men to assemble I did the entire build by my self As long as you level the ground prior to assembly no issues The doors how ever don’t swing together properly I had to remove the strike plate

It went together as described on the videos which were very helpful. The shed is very nice and working well.

Directions were hard to follow and the video went to fast. Couldn't back up to review.

Parts are very well labeled and assembly was not difficult

A solid spacious shed. Recommend two adults for assembly to move it along but can be built by one person. The instructions are complete but not all parts are marked so use of a measuring tape is sometimes needed.
