Good fixture with easy install

Very nice fixture. Easy to install and works great.

Very Thin material. Lens was found broke in two different boxes we received. One shipped to our home and then when we returned it to the store, got home with another one and it was broke. We brought the same light 16 yrs ago and is was a lot thicker and sturdy, same brand: this light was so thin all the metal frame and plastic lens. We took the ballast out of the new light and installed it in our old light frame, with the old lens threw away this cheap made product.

I purchased this light fixture to replace an identical one that was apparently 8 years old. This one is constructed of a much thinner metal housing and the fluorescent bulbs are a smaller diameter (T8). What I find to be a bad design flaw is the clear plastic lens that covers the bulbs it has absolutely no flexibility and when I tried installing the lens it cracked. Good luck to everyone purchasing this light I guarantee the majority of people will have the same problem I did.

One Slot to install toggle bolt is to close to the knockout for the NM cable, once you cut hole in ceiling

Affordable replacement for 20 yr old fixture

The problem was all I needed was the lighting diffuser not the whole light so I returned it. Home Depot doesn't carry just the cabinet lighting diffuser so I had to go to another store.

Natural lighting, simple to install

It replaced the one I had fine with one change -- No clip. So I removed the clip from my prior unit and used to have a protected plug in vs. wire nuts.

Already had to replace bulbs. At least the old one lasted several years before we had to do that.

Easy to install. Good lighting. Recommend.

It works ok. I really wanted to buy the LED version but its only available in your online store. That's a bummer

I considered not buying this light fixture because of a review stating that it caused interference with FM radio reception. I went ahead and bought it, and listened to a small FM radio about 8' from where I was replacing the old fixture, and I noticed no change with the FM reception. The bulbs install noticeably easier than the old style. The lens is easily removed, and will hang from one edge if desired.

The lifght itself is excellent. the plastic cover was a bit tricky to snap on and cracked for me. There are better ways for the cover to be attached & removed when replacing bulbs.

Good quality at an affordable price…

My led light quit in less than a year so decided to go back to florescent.
