I was disappointed in the weight. I thought it was suppose to be lighter than an cast iron skillet. I think they feel about the same way. But on the positive side I love the way it cooks.

Like a cast iron skillet the more that it is used the slicker it gets. Don't get discouraged if things stick the first few times you use it.

use it like you would cast iron, from grill, oven, or stovetop it works well. Benefit over cast iron is less iron ingestion for those that have to worry about that.

The pan is warped in the center

Excited to start using this new pan in our new apartment. We have gone through a lot of cheaper non stick eco-pans and this one seems like it will last.

Good skillet, but not especially smooth cooking surface, and it would be nice if the handle edges were rounded a bit more. I do like the length of the handle, and that the pan is substantially lighter than my cast iron pans.

Purchased both 10” and 12”. Both cooking surfaces far “rougher” than expected. Almost textured. Heated the pans, added oil, to hot oil added protein. Meat didn’t really stick but left “food stains”, (carbon?) that I can’t clean from either pan. Never had a similar experience with any of my Lodge cast iron skillets. Even though they are a little heavy and feel nice, I would not purchase again. Will probably only use on outdoor grill. Don’t recommend.

Despite pre-heating pan before adding oil, heating the oil before adding the the steaks, both the 10 and 12 inch skillets have residual meat debris (carbon) that can’t be cleaned from the surface- even though the steaks turned out great. Skillet surfaces have a very slight ”texture”.

When you are tired of cheap, imported no-stick pans with the teflon coating coming off quickly....here you go. Better heat distribution and better non-stick.

Great pan. Works just like a cast iron but with less weight. Not 100% perfect (few nicks and such on the edges, I am being picky) but worth it in the end. I would buy this again to use in my camp box.

Pan is exactly as advertised. However, I bought it online and had it shipped to my home. Apparently this pan has no box and the Home Depot folks just threw it in a shipping box and wrapped it with a little paper (no real protection). Pan showed up dented, damaged, scratched, and rusty. I would expect better packaging/protection for something you're spending this much money on.

I was excited to get this but after first try I realized it was a total mistake and I hope they take it back. We cooked omelets and probably didn’t use much oil so got it burned out just a bit and now it’s is impossible to. Lean up the pan! It’s totally useless now. We tried everything but no link

I’m a pretty strong guy and this pan is deceptively heavy. I still love it but please know that it is extremely heavy.

Love the weight and size of the skillet I have used it in the grill oven and stove top.

Holds heat as well as cast iron, but is a bit lighter and easier to care for. Love it!
