The mattress didn’t fully expand. Two of the corners stayed compressed and hard, despite allowing plenty of time for expansion and trying several of the manufacturers recommendations to fix the problem. I returned it.

Don’t buy this mattress! We bought it about a month ago and it still hasn’t opened up completely! It is caving in from two ends making it impossible to sleep on it. It has fluffed up to only 9” instead of 10”! Called Lucid and they are not willing to help saying it may take weeks (??) for it to become flat!! Their answer is: If you don’t like it, take it back to where you bought it from!! This is a defective product - pure and simple! There are better alternatives.

Mattress is comfortable. However, after 3 weeks it still hasn't inflated all the way. Corners are pushed in and 1 side is kind of crooked. OK for the money because it is comfortable, but not sure I want to deal with hastle of exchange for a new one. Delivery was horrible, box was completely destroyed, maybe why corners of mattress won't go to proper form. If I had to do it again, I would have spent more on something else

Mattress never got to 10 inches period they should call this an 8 inch mattress as I feel. I was very deceived because I'm stuck with it. What else is I supposed to do but keep it very, very disappointed in the product.

Did not expand well or fully, especially in the corners. Definitely not 10in. Would not buy again. Wouldn’t use without mattress pad. Moved it to guest bedroom and won’t be using in my room.

This mattress has a terrible foam. If your to close to side it collapses and you fall out of bed. This happened to me immediately it took my husbands side to do this a few days later. Also when I contacted Home Depot for a pick up they said it was out of return window. Which was not posted on main page Black Friday weekend but is now. And it says under read policy tab 90 days. Don’t order anything from the expensive from here. oh and when you write a poor review it doesn’t accept it.

Well it is not firm at all more like a marshmallow I will have to purchase another one it says firm but it ain’t even close

Bed and mattress are very good. Very soft and hard to get use to sleeping on . I lit very firm mattress. The delivery was very, very bad. My two very large boxes, also very heavy , (bed box says use fork lift to move) were left out in the rain. Then when I arrived home, I needed to find several people that could move these two very large heavy boxes.

The Lucid Comfort mattress is my first memory-foam mattress. So far, I'm very pleased with it - though I obviously haven't used it during summertime yet. The downside of Lucid's memory-foam is the 48-hour period required between opening the packaging and actually using the mattress.

It was terrible. It didn’t fit the mattress at all and when I pulled it it easily tore. Complete waste of money.

Bought the firm version because I am a disabled veteran. It turned extra soft in less then a year. I need my spouse's assistance to get out of it every morning. Lucid says that its normal and the warranty only covers permanent sag over 1.5 inches. Trash product!
