We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your DVCL-153P in a 3-way application. Please be sure that we are only using one DVCL-153P in a 3-way application and the second location is a mechanical switch. If you are looking for dimming in both locations, we would recommend using the Maestro dimmer MACL-153M along with its companion dimmer MA-R.
