I really like how this controller fits two powerful and...
I really like how this controller fits two powerful and functional dimmers in one gang. This was a replacement for a dimmer that apparently got knocked out by a REALLY close lightning strike. As in we heard it before we saw it! Also lost several other electronics in the house.

We do however, offer a line C.L Dimmers which are designed specifically to control a large list of dimmable LEDs. Not worth the cost
had issues with the dimmer and my lights were on for days until my electrician could replace. Had to get a different brand.

Doesn't work with led
I installed it a few months ago and the lights on the ceiling fan always flicker when on. There was no indication that it doesn't work with LED as I checked before buying. Thought I would try to find out the problems and read the other reviews. How sad.

This definitely does what it says - we used it to replace a tandem switch with a tandem dinner. Like most dimmers it requires a fairly substantial draw to work correctly, so a single LED lamp may not be sufficient.

Very nice double switch. When switched on and off it is not instantaneous, rather the fade on and fade off. Gradual on and off not anly has a dramatic pleasing effect, but it is easier on those expensive lights. Easy to set and maintain.

Nice style but no led and canopy insert too big
I was hoping to use this in my kitchen but the piece that goes into the canopy of the fan was too big for my fan. A real bummer because I was paying someone to reduce the size of my electrical boxes. Also this won't work with led bulbs. I love lutron but this is too old school. Lutron please update his dimmer to take led bulbs!

Nice switch -no LED
I had this switch installed in a new kitchen and love it. Very high end looking and reduces the number of gangs you have to look at. Know that this won't work with your LEDs. If you're putting into a home that would be sold or flipped soon I'd imagine you'd want to find another option. I love Lutron though and now have all of their switches and claro wall plates. Better product than leviton.
Giving it 4/5 only because it won't work with LED. Otherwise it's the best looking one out there

Can’t figure out
I have a Lutron Model # MA-L3L3-WH switch attached to a Hunter model # 52071 ceiling fan. I like the switch but there seems to be a problem. When I set the switch to the highest light setting, the light blinks and goes out. I have to re-synchronize the switch. Also, the fan off setting does not completely shut off the fan. I twice contacted Lutron thru E-mail to see if they had any idea what could be causing the problem but I never received a response. Customer Service is non-existent.

This product is misleading it is a dimmer but doesn't work on led lights at all called the manufacturer they don't make one at all . So I returned it to the store

Excellent product!!
I installed upper cabinet rope lighting and under cabinet puck lighting and this switch worked awesome. The HD Store closest to me did not carry in store so I had to order this switch on line and have it shipped to me but it was well worth the wait... Definitely worth the money!!!

Does not work with LED lights
I paid $55 for this switch and the lights on my fan flickered constantly. I called the manufacturer and they said this switch is not compatible with LED bulbs. I ordered this online, and it would have been nice to know that before purchasing! It wasn't even written anywhere in the fine print on the product listing page. It really should have been listed very noticeably at the top of the page in big bold letters "If you use LED, do not buy this!" Everything is trending towards LEDs these days, so this manufacturer should address that.
I paid a handy man to install this thing, and I had to pay him again to uninstall it :(

Disapointing...
I got this from the store hoping that the lack of LED was just an oversight, it wasn't... The minimum wattage for this device is 40W. The 4 LEDs in my fan had a max of 32W... If you still use incandescent lighting this would be a great option, however those of you moving to more efficient lighting will be disappointed. It looks great, works amazing (for 40W+ as I tried it with some old bulbs I dug up) for the fan and higher power lights, just super disappointing that it will not work with LED/CFL. I hope they come out with a newer model that is compatible with low wattage bulbs, too bad I'll have rewired my house by then...

Doesn't work properly
Sometimes the switch will just stop working. Won't turn on fan or light. Resetting the switch according to the manual does nothing. Then out of the blue the switch will start working for a few days again.
Called tech support and they sent me a new unit, same problem. Possibly doesn't work with my fan? Fan is either Home Depot or Lowe's brand, don't remember.
I like the way the switch is suppose to work, it just doesn't.

Works well easy to install
This dimmer was easy to install and performed well. It provides a compact high tech solution when you need tw o dimmers at a single switch location. I was also pleasantly surprised by how compact it is. If it was larger I would have had a heck of a time fitting everything in the junction box. The only thing I didn't like was the price. $50 for a dimmer is a bit high.

The Maestro 300 watt dual dimmer is a masterpiece.
This product works great. Installation was easy and it looks and functions great. I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a stacked dimmer switch.

Works Great - Even with CFLs
Happy to finally find a single pole dual dimmer that WORKS. We had bought the other cheaper lutron one and it had simply stopped working after a week and began to strobe the lights on and off.
I was also dubious this would work with 'dimmable CFLs' after reading elsewhere that they wouldn't. But they do, quite well too. I think what they meant is that the super fade out isn't gradual at the very end. After the bulbs get down to about 10-20% they just go completely out during the fade out. Same thing on the fade up.
