My LED lights were flickering. Changing to these LED dimmers fixed the problems. On the lights with a regular one way switch it was a simple install by following the included instructions. In a second room. with a 3 way switch, it took a little research to be sure it was connected properly as the wire colors did not exactly match the wiring colors in my kitchen.

change out a regular switch for this one and love the way it works. i did not use LED bulbs on this switch and i have had no flickering like i have on the one with the LED bulbs on the same type switch in a different room.

Short-lived junk.
I've been through three of these in the last year. They don't last long, a few months, before the lights begin to flicker on and off even when set to full brightness. It's not connected to a heavy load, just two LED bulbs that are rated for use with dimmers. I've tried different bulbs as well, and the issue remains.
I'd avoid these dimmers.

We also suggest making sure your bulb has been tested and approved by Lutron to provide the best dimming performance with your dimmer. There is currently no industry standard in LED manufacturing; since not all LEDs are designed the same, performance will vary with different dimmers. I was looking for a dimmer switch which will be easier to use than the small slide on the side of the switch. This switch seems to fit what I want. We have only had it installed for a few days, so we’ll see how well it lasts.

It was too deep for my box, and apparently HD does not sell a dimmer switch the will fit a 1 inch deep box.
