Lutron still makes a quality dimmer.

With modern LED lamps and lightbulbs, the old resistive dimmers just don’t work very well causing a lot of flickering and uneven dimming. This LED+ solves that mostly. Just need to be sure your problem doesn’t just end at the switch. LED bulbs of lower quality or are incompatible can suffer from flickering regardless.

I was thrilled to find find this at my favorite home improvement store : HOME DEPOT ! I got to store and found it not to be on shelf. A young man named Haval helped get it ordered and to be sent to my home.I even ordered two. I did know there was no red light to show power on and I am STILL A-OK with this. OK, HERE IS YOUR BOMBSHELL! When I slide the button all the way down,bulb does not go all the way off. Had I know this I would not have purchased your product AND I have another waiting for replacement! BOO! HISS! This switch is for a clip on lamp for the side of my desk and I turn the light up and down all day .The only way to have no light in a brief absence is to turn it all the way off . I had a Westek Model #4010(with red light) for 10+ years and could turn bulb all the way down.Lutron; 10, bulb not total dark MINUS 10 . BUMMER !

This unit replaced a similar one which we had for many, many years. This one is especially nice as it is for LED bulbs. We use it for a lamp on our headboard. So, dimmed it makes a nice night light, and then fully on for reading in bed. Since we loved our old one, were delighted to find this one at THD. Thank you.

Works perfectly,,With my led bed wall sconce

It did just what I wanted, dimmed my LED tree lights.

Delivery was fine. The product did not work as I expected. It made the light dimmer all the time even I tried to increase the brightness all the way.

The product doesn't do as advertised. It does NOT work with LED lamps. At low levels it flickers. Had to go back to incandescent. Otherwise works great.

We have several now that work perfectly for lamp dimming. Totally reliable with no issues. Highly recommend.

Dimmer is tricky to adjust..

This is just exactly what we needed to dim a couple of LED 1 watt cabinet lights. The unit is compact and is easy to set up and has a very accurate slide switch to control the lamps dimming feature. We have had it for a couple of weeks and will highly recommend it to anyone needing this kind of appliance. It meets our criteria by 100% and I am really glad that Home Depot had it available from their online ordering service.

We use theses dimmers for our Christmas decorations/lights. They are a great asset to keep the bulbs cool

It was perfect! It is so much easier to adjust the brightness from the table than from the socket. Great item. Thank you It was great to give me my military discount as opposed to the store where they make you use an app.

As expected, I've used these before. Copycat brands do not control dimable lighting as well.

I have several, they work as expected and are very convenient especially with bedside tables.

It turns any lamp into a dimmable lamp. FYI It works as an On/Off switch as well-it starts at Off and as you slide the piece it gives a little "click" and then gradually gets brighter as you slide further.
