Cracked
I bought this in 2022 and the shower head has cracked.
Not just a little, but it is totally unusable.
Just happened the other day.
Shouldn't happen after 2 years and $139.00.

I’ve always trusted Moen
I just had a walk-in shower installed in my bathroom. I have been dreaming about this for the past two years and my contractor and I selected Moen for the shower fixture. It performs exactly as I have expected and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. The handle is very efficient And makes me wish it. I would’ve had something like this a lot sooner.

Looks very nice, I'm happy with the purchase. I had a problem unrelated to the product, and was able to contact Moen customer service and they sent me a replacement part free of chart - great customer service! Again, it was not due to a defective product (contractor error). I would recommend and buy again.

Valve leaked through from the moment it was installed. Constant dripping through the shower head. I’m just glad I was able to catch the problem and replace it before I closed the wall. Install was very easy and looked nice. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price I paid I expected better quality.

It's nice looking but I was shocked to fine out that it was plastic but after looking closer at other models I guess all of them are that way now. I did notice the shower head pipe had scratches on it. If it was metal that wouldn't of happened. It's a shame for the amount of money it cost that it's plastic. I'm sure the company is doing well.

good but could be better
I've used the Banbury now for a year since we remodeled our bathroom and I am very happy with it. The only issue that I have is that the cartridge in the faucet started to leak and needed replacement. In addition, one of the plastic pieces that is part of the faucet was visibly cracked. I replaced that also. I think for the amount of design and aesthetic efforts that MOEN puts into its products, that same effort should also apply in its engineering and manufacturing. I don't think that is the case. The parts should have been made with metal to prevent erosion in such a short time. Thankfully, I learned that the parts are covered under a lifetime warranty so hopefully this will not cost me much. I'll have to wait and see.

Moen is the BOMB!
I have Moen Spot Resist Faucets in my Kitchen and Bathroom sink so I decided to finish off my newly remodeled shower with Spot Resist as well. They match my Brush Nickel Shower door frame, mirror and other fixtures. The Posit-Temp feature is also a Bonus you won't find on other shower fixtures.
Great features at a reasonable price.....Keep up the Great Work.

Always my go to
As I accomplish multiple bath and kitchen renovations, my go to choice is Moen. Besides meeting my styles, it is a high quality product. If there is any minor issue, they have tremendous customer service. After dealing with terrible customer service with another popular brand (AS)..I will always recommend Moen!

The spray head is to small and hardly covers your body. The restrictor is built in and can’t be removed. I am going to buy a larger spray head and one with a greater gpm.
