Q:The push drain does not work. I can push it down but it does not come back up. I found a troubleshooting guide that said to adjust the pivot rod but there isn't any on this unit. How can I adjust the push drain to come back up??

The finish on these faucets is very rich and elegant. I'm really pleased with how they look against my Taj Mahal Quartzite counters and my dark cabinets. The price for the pair can't be beat! Excellent value in my opinon. This the exact look I was going for and I'm very pleased.

Moen faucets are good
But popup stopper leaks. I bout four and three of the four leaked. I had to get a quality popup from my plumber and have him install it which cost more than the faucet. You get what you pay for, ita still Morn so a good faucet - just know you need to but a wuality popup

MOEN Support Replaced Handles under warranty!
Moen support came through.
I gave this product a 1 start because the handles became hard to move after 3 years. Moen Support replied to my review and provided a number to call. I spoke with the representative, and she ordered both handles at no charge under warranty. I received the new handles today and it appears to be slightly redesigned. I am hopeful that they will last as long as the other Moen products in my home.

Handle became hard to move after 3 years
We bought the Banbury Line of products for our remodeled bathroom and had a plumber install it 3 years ago. It had a nice look and fit on the sink we chose. The cold water became hard to move after 2 and half years. A plumber replaced the valve that I ordered however the problem was with the handle itself. This product does not mean my expectations of a Moen Product.

so badly designed
Terrible design for instal, of all the faucets i have installed this was the worst. The nut for the taps takes a 10” cresent wrench (8”not wide enough).. try getting under a bath vanity and try to tighten with a 10” wrench moen! Get another brand so you dont have to deal with this terrible instal!

The 84947SRN should have included an installation that would eliminate the need for a wrench and is long enough to reach into the limited space under the sink.
