Had to order/return three times before finally getting pieces that...
Had to order/return three times before finally getting pieces that color matched. Very pretty and easy to turn handles (arthritis friendly). Ordered more for all bathrooms.

Need better shower head
This is a nice kit as it included the valve which is the primary reason i bought it. I would've like it better if it had a more powerful shower head. I wind up replacing the included showerhead with another Moen rain shower head as the included showerhead did not provide enough coverage for me (i am a relatively big guy) nor enough power for my liking.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a bronze faucet but didn't like the tall arc that seems to be popular right now. This was perfect as it still is a beautiful design but with a low arc that makes less of a mess and splash for me. Met all expectations and couldn't be happier.

Easy to install, if you're already a handyman (handywoman, handyperson) type. The directions come in 2 separate pieces. One for the faucet and handles you see above the counter and one that is for the guts of the system below the counter. the two don't really end and start in unison, but it's easy to figure out after studying them for awhile. Working perfectly now.

We have the Moen Brantford oil rubbed bronze collection in both of our upstairs bathrooms. We recently decided to put in a downstairs bathroom and I was happy to find it still available online. I was very disappointed, however, when we received the order. The pieces are ALL DIFFERENT COLORS!!!!!

The faucet was very nice looking and actually like the easy snap on water connections. The only issue with this faucet is that the Pop-Up plug & Seat does not hold water in the sink for long. Meaning it allows it to leak and eventually drain out. It is not cause the lift rod is not tight even if I hold my finger down on the pop-up plug water leaks past. Pain in the butt when your shaving. MOEN did send me new parts and they do the same thing must be an issue with the tiny rubber ring.

They are an attractive design, very well made and durable....
They are an attractive design, very well made and durable. The items were packaged and wrapped with care, unlike less expensive fixtures. No damage in shipment. UPS lost an order, but after me calling Home Depot they resolved the problem and reordered the product.

I rate this fair as the basic Moen equipment is...
I rate this fair as the basic Moen equipment is good quality. The problem is that the included valve is only available as Model#2520 with a 1/2" CC connection with no option for Model#2510 with 1/2" IPS connection. HD refused exchange of valves because they were sold as a "set" of 2 separate items.
