The Moen Brantford Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex and Power Boost in Oil Rubbed Bronze has a high arc spout with a hose that runs through it that will have residual water drainage after shut off. Water in the downward curve of the spout/hose will drain after shut off and this is considered normal. The amount of drainage and the frequency is determined by the surface tension of the water inside the pull down sprayer. Tapping lightly on the pull down sprayer will often break the surface tension of the accumulated water inside the sprayer and more water will drain out. If the water continues to drip out of the pull down sprayer after a few minutes, we suggest contacting us directly under the Moen lifetime limited warranty.
