Q:I have a Moen Soap Dispenser that we purchased from H, Depot back in 2016. WE are trying to find the right size as the base is about 1 inch in diameter where the soap dispenser goes into.
My wife purchased on on line and the dispenser was too large to fit

Brand new with major blemishes. I don’t see how it made it through quality control.

TERRIBLE SOAP DISPENSER
THE STEM IS WAY TOO SHORT, SO THE SOAP DRIPS DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SINK INSTEAD OF INTO THE SINK AND THE SOAP COMES OUT VERY SLOW, NOT ENOUGH PUMP STRENGTH ACTION

Great design!
The instructions said you had to pump water through it before inserting into the soap. I tried and couldn't get water to come through, so I called the Moen customer service. Of course as soon as the gal answered the phone, the water started coming out. I felt really silly but expressed concern with the Moen faucet I had purchased as well. I was having trouble tightening the hose guide for the side sprayer. She immediately said she would ship a new hose guide to arrive in about a week! Amazing customer service! I will buy Moen again for that reason alone. But the product is beautiful and very easy to install.

Sleek dispenser
This soap dispenser has very clean lines and compliments the new faucet. It is so easy to use and keeps the sink counter clutter free. Easy to refill the liquid soap by removing the dispenser top.

Disappointed in a once great product. Shane Moen.
We bought our new kitchen fixture. About a month ago and the soap dispenser never worked. 2-person adult household. Can’t find a replacement in oil rubbed bronze. It’s ridiculous having to search high and low for a new dispenser. And the replacement cost is stupid.
