Just what we wanted
No sprayer to clog; smooth handle operation makes it easy to regulate flow; great appearance. The prior faucet started leaking and constantly needed dismantling to clean filters. It was very difficult to set a low flow rate or make small adjustments. This MOEN cured all the problems (smooth operation and easier to reach filter).

Faucet spout seized up
We installed this product in February 2019. Since that time I've had to dismantle and lubricate the post twice, and today (09/30/2022) it's seized up again - will not swing. My plumber friend says he's found this same problem in other client's Chateau units; seems like an engineering problem. Something is wrong with the design or the makeup of the o-rings.

The faucet (Chateau model 7430) was very easy to install, it came with the correct length flexible supply lines attached, sits high enough to fill tall containers, sprayer works great, it looks great, it’s exactly what I wanted.

I bought this Moen faucet to replace a 3 month...
I bought this Moen faucet to replace a 3 month old one of another 'premium', well known brand which was getting loose and leaking! I have several Moen fixtures in my house, some I've had for many years, and have experienced 0 problems with any of them to date.
I'll never go back... Stick with a brand you trust and ignore the hype from inferior products!

The faucet is very nice and I believe I made a good choice. The water comes out with plenty of pressure and the handle is very smooth to maneuver. I would highly recommend this product.

Faucet alignment is skewed to the right, and cannot be fixed so that handle points towards you unless it is pulling "hot," rather than half-way between hot and cold, as it should be.

We bought it to be able to attach a PUR water filter so are very disappointed that when unscrewing the end of the faucet it is not like a previous faucet. What part can be purchased to adapt this
faucet to use the filter? Or can we trade this in to get a faucet which will accommodate a filter?
