I installed it about a month ago. Water flow is great, faucet is sturdy, it was easy to install, sleek design, and the price was right. I love it!

This Moen Chateau 7423 single-hole mount is an excellent faucet in my opinion. It’s described as a low-arc, but it has plenty of arc for our needs. Probably the best thing about it is the mounting hardware underneath. It’s a big metal shank with threads on it. Then there’s a big nut with three screws in it. The big nut just goes on somewhat loosely with a 1/4 inch gap, and then to apply clamping force you tighten the three screws. This is a brilliant design which applies an evenly distributed clamping force to the entire circumference. Ours is mounted nice and tight, which is especially important in a single-hole mounting situation. On the top-side, the faucet sits in a chrome escutcheon. The escutcheon is also impressive since it’s literally a heavy, solid piece of metal… not hollowed out, and not plastic.

Excellent product. Easy installation. Quality product. Product installed on new Granite countertop. NOTE; The threaded shank should have been a half inch longer. on installation , only had minimum threads for securing nut to thread on to. Granite countertop was standard thickness.

I had this installed by a plumber almost 3 weeks ago and I like it very much. It seems sturdy and substantial, and I like the way the hot/cold handle swivels more to each side unlike my old Delta faucet handle. This one is more of a short turn or twist to either side instead of just pushing the handle to the left or right.

The full swing of the Chateau faucet is most useful. The long reach suits large sinks. I like that it doesn't rise so high above the work area as to cause excessive splashing. I wish Moen still made the Riser style which this model replaces after 30 years because handle parts are no longer made. I've had the chateau a week with good performance and am satisfied. Excellent value, warranty, and customer assistance. Moen is tried and true.

Nice faucet system. This is first one I've owned where activating the side-sprayer fully shuts off water to the faucet. With my old faucet, you simply swiveled the handle left or right to change between hot and cold water while the water was already flowing. With this "modern-art" nearly-vertical handle, you can't easily do that while the water is flowing; you have to lower the handle(which momentarily shuts off the water flow), swivel the handle to the desired side and then raise it to turn on the water flow again. However, this action becomes second nature after a few tries; you're basically operating the handle in a very quick arc motion. Compared with my old faucet system, would I buy this again? Yes.

I bought this to replace one I had installed many years ago. It lasted for years so I'm hoping for the same results with this one.

Works great, easy to install

This chrome faucet is well made and very attractive in my new kitchen. It has good water flow and was easy to install. It extends directly over the center hole in my sink which is perfect and is low enough it does not splash everywhere. I did not want a pull down or pull out faucet because there are so many complaints about leaking and the sprayer being plastic or hanging down etc. This faucet is made in Taiwan which may explain the quality being better.

Stylish, easy to install and appears very well made. Comes with braided 3/8 in compression connectors ample enough to reach any stop valves. Good value for a modest price.

I had a plumber from Home Depot install this about two weeks ago and it went pretty smooth. So far very happy with it.
