Lift bar is horrible
The faucet itself is beautiful. Just what I expect from Moen. The lift bar comes out at an angle towards your back splash. There is not enough room to mount a backsplash on the top of the vanity counter for the faucet to be truly operational. Very difficult to grasp easily and pull outwards. We are building a home and purchased all Moen Faucets. This design really disappoints.

Lift rod is horrible
The faucet itself is beautiful. Looks just like the picture. Works well, easy to install. However , the lift rod (its in the back and you cannot see it) comes out at an angle and literally hits the wall when you pull it out. Our plumber left finger prints all over the wall installing it.Seating a backsplash on top of the counter the lift rod will not work. We bought ALL Moen faucets , shower, and kitchen sink for our new home. Hoping the rest goes more smoothly

Nothing but a headache with stopper hardware.
Wouldn’t recommend it ! Very poorly made.
The rod was crooked and wouldn’t fit into hole as it was poorly measured from factory. Yuck!

The lift rod for the Moen Essie 2-Handle 4 in. Centerset Bathroom Faucet in Chrome is designed with a bend in it due to the design of the faucet. Moen recommends a distance of 2-1/8” min to the backsplash to allow the lift rod to function properly.

I had another Moen but the filter was not a twist off like this one at nozzle. My husband hated it because it was difficult to clean out. You needed a tool and I had no idea where I stored it. This is still sleek and modern, husband approved lol.

I bought 2 of these for our main bathroom. ...
I bought 2 of these for our main bathroom. Had to return 1 and replace due to defective threads on brass water connection. The thread was not turned all the way to the end so faucet washer and water line could not be attached. Home Depot return process was very efficient though I would have preferred to not have to do the exchange.
