Looks great once mounted. Gave 4 stars due to terrible mounting and removal instructions. I’m very handy and mechanically inclined. However when I wanted to remove the hook from the mounting bracket in order to adjust it, there were no instructions and no information to be found on Moen’s website. After a lot of Googling, I found that this was a common complaint that had never been addressed by Moen.

Beautiful look and easy to install. Only problem was the installation of the robe hook. The plastic mounting piece was too long; the hook wouldn’t fit over it. I had to saw off about 1/4 inch with a hack saw, which worked great.
