Love the product, hard to compare color
Purchased it hoping it was a true chrome color and this one has a bronze tinge to it. Not a huge deal but the wife noticed.

Spout broken on 3rd day
I had it professionally installed on Friday afternoon. I used it fine that day and yesterday. But this morning I pulled out the attachment and all of a sudden the whole Spout came with it! How could it break in that short of time? How can I get it replaced? Do I have to hire the plumber again? Why am I stuck figuring this out all while still in a kitchen remodel?

The hose in the faucet does not retract, making it hang down like a dog’s tongue! The one in the display at Home Depot retracted all the way back to the original position

We are sorry to hear the wand on your Moen 87627SRS Haelyn Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex and Power Clean in Spot Resist Stainless is not retracting properly. The wand is held in place by a counterweight attached to the pulldown hose, this weight will need to be moved further up to allow the wand to seat properly. Very nice faucet. Water pressure is excellent with or without power boost. The soap dispenser is handy. Sprayer works well. I would recommend this faucet.

Not so great Kitchen Faucet!
Returned this Moen model for one from another Vendor. It does not have a magnetic grip for the pull-down sprayer so the sprayer does not retract all the way by itself. It can be pushed up in the faucet, but does not go in easily and does not look like a clean fit. Also, it just doesn't look as nice as the competition to me.

Smooth action, fantastic aerator, and the 'boost mode' is a really nice feature, especially with the severe low city water pressure we have in our neighborhood. Had it a several months now and it's just been a dream.

Love the water flow
My old faucet had water lines too thin and consequently had slow flow and no power. Thus new faucet is great with nice flow. I love the temperature indicator. Should have changed long before now.
