Replaced my old Moen perfectly!
4.5 Stars: The Moen faucet is great, sxcept for the ease of the handle. I only say that since I compared it to another faucet with the same turn on/off system. I am used to knowing where hot/cold is. There is no indicTor. Orher than that, the style, retracrablw hose, adjustable stream Nd stainless steel are perfect. It is more about habit. Also, the the Moen made it worrh it for design, and it will last long.

Exciting
I get excited using my water faucet, never thought that was possible, but this small change has rejuvenated my kitchen, nice upgrade for sure. I clicked durability as 5 STARS, but I really don't know that yet. I actually found another one on EBAY, as backup parts.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen
The faucet I bought was the stainless color. It is beautiful with my new stainless steel sink. I thought it would take me a long time to get used to the height but instead iI was thrilled with the sleek look. I like that it has a retractable sprayer at the end of the faucet

Pretty but not very functional
Right from the initial install the spray feature wouldn't stay on unless you held down the button the entire time. Then after a few days the water pressure has decreased significantly. Hoping customer service has some suggestions or this is going to be sent back.

Not made well
Just had this faucet installed by our plumber a week ago. It is not well made. The faucet itself does not stay intact. It continues to fall out of the “socket” (where the hose to extend the faucet is connected). Challenge is that it is not too expensive to have the plumber come back out and uninstall it, send it back for a replacement, and then have it reinstalled. The warranty should really include reinstallation costs of the product itself is defective. Would not buy a Moen product again, after being a big fan for many years

The Moen Essie Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex and Power Clean in Chrome uses our Reflex™ hose and hose weight system to ensure smooth operation, easy movement and secure docking of the pull-out sprayer. With regard to retracting and holding the sprayer tightly to the end of the spout, this is done by the proper placement of the hose weight on the hose under your sink. You will note that there is a natural loop that the sprayer hose makes under the sink; find the mid-point of this loop and 3” off center on the side going up to the sprayer position the weight. This will ensure that the weight provides enough tension to keep the sprayer in the end of the spout. You will also want to make sure that the path the hose and the weight move through is not blocked or impeded by anything under the sink. Love my New Faucet
This faucet is awesome! I love the hands free remote for when my hands are covered with flour or garden dirt! Simple cold-to-hot movement manual - the spray is perfect and the "pause" lets me direct it without splashing all over the wall! A definite win!
