[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, for basic DIYers this might look a bit intimidating as you open the package, but rest assured, not only do the instructions walk you through every step to install it, but there is so much information online that shares all of the features of this faucet. The install gives you the choice to connect to power, but you can also use batteries to free it from the outlet. It does everything you would normally need from a faucet, but adds so much more and is so precise! I can’t believe it will measure out two tablespoons of 100 degree water for you--amazing! And it gives you so many options to use it manually, by motion sensor, by app, or by voice. You can also program in presets to fill the dog bowl, or whatever is relevant to your family. It brings so much to my holiday kitchen full of cooking and chaos--how perfect it is to have a faucet with so many features that make life easier. I can’t say enough good things!

No way we could install ourselves. Had to have a plumber because I didn't want to go crazy. I like this faucet very much though.

The faucet is beautiful and works great. The color is exactly as advertised. It feels substantial. The parts move smoothly and easily. The hose retracts easily without any jarring. There's nothing that I dislike about it. I installed the faucet myself about 1 month ago. It was very easy to install. The hardest part of the installation process was removing the old faucet. Once the old one was removed I'd say it took me 30 min to an hour doing everything on my own.

I didn’t assemble, but husband didn’t complain. Instructions are clear.

Nice design, finish and easy to install. Make sure you have enough clearance on the right side of the faucet for the handle to operate correctly. We had to move our air-gap.

I cannot recommend this faucet. I have had it in my new home for less than 4 years and am on my second cartridge replacement.....if you don't catch that the cartridge is failing before it leaks you run the risk of a damaged sink cabinet.....yes this manufacturer offers a warranty but do you really want to replace the cartridge every 18-24 months.....60 homes in my new sub-division all have this faucet and many of us have experienced this problem. Some have replaced the faucet with one made by another manufacturer....

Beautiful faucet. Only thing it needs is a heavier weight on the hose for retraction. If you make the sprayer very long it will not retract properly without adding a heavier weight to the hose under sink

Always end up buying a Moen faucet. This time because it was the smallest in depth and height for a pull down faucet. First time buying a pull down faucet and most are just too GIANT for me. I have a 3 hole Kohler sink so I needed a deck plate. This deck plate does not cover the holes completely. Water comes in around the back of the faucet. So, I had to use the center hole only and put cover plates on the other two holes. I did not want to do this but I had no choice. I could have returned the faucet but I like this faucet so much I kept it. The sprayer isn't as strong as the old pull out Moen I had before, but no biggy. The depth is great, and I like that I can push it completely out of my way. Love it!

I ordered this product online from Home Depot; it arrived within a week, has been installed for the past month so am now ready to review it. We have a new quartz countertop, so the installers drilled a hole for it's installation at that time. My husband said it was easy to install and had no gripes about it (he's not a big fan of plumbing jobs). One very important thing to keep in mind with your faucet is whether you want it to be able to swivel, which is important to me. I almost ordered another Moen but as I looked closer, I noticed it had a fixed position. Look closely at the picture, as the description may not indicate that feature. The faucet, handle and pull-out sprayer are all sturdy and have a nice bronze patina.

I wanted to buy a Moen because my original very high-end faucet had not kept it's finish and was leaking in just seven years. My neighbor's Moen still looked great! The motion sensor was important for me because my daughter is highly allergic to seafood and I wanted to make sure there was no cross-contamination when cooking as she usually shares the same sides during our seafood meal times. I couldn't be happier with it. INSTALlATION: After opening the box, it did look intimidating, but the instructions were easy to follow. I did have a bit of help from my friend which was welcome when I needed to tightened the faucet to ensure it was facing the right was above the counter. FUNCTIONALITY: I read some other reviews and glad I proceeded for myself. On water pressure. I have as good and maybe even better pressure than I had before. The length of the pull out, I thought was a little bit short, but I simply pushed the weight further and have no problems reaching all areas of my sink. TEMPERATURE: I too want hot water, or close to it, since I keep my water very hot, coming from my sensor use. I adjusted to less than the hottest levels and have no problem getting hot water from my sensor uses. I will note, however, that I had my house plumbed whereby my hot water circulates to give me instantaneous hot water at all my taps throughout the house. So I can see where the water would have to run a bit before the hot comes through, though I don't know why this would be longer than with a normal faucet. USE: I am grateful for this faucet every time I use it. It's so convenient and practical. I also like that when my kids wash their hands in the kitchen, the faucet turns off while they "scrub". BOTTOM LINE: There's nothing disappointing about this faucet. And with the 30% off sale from Home depot when I bought it, made it affordable.

Our last Moen faucet broke after five years and so we purchased this one to replace it. I don't like the fact that you can't turn the water off with your elbow/arm without getting wet. My previous faucet allowed me to wash my hands and then push it off with my elbow, so I didn't have to get water all over the faucet. Also, I don't feel that the water pressure with this one is as good as our previous Moen faucet.

I was surprised at how much I like this faucet! Even though it's low flow, it has very good flow with the added power boost to increase the pressure. Head easily pulls back into position. Kept it simple with stream, spray and power boost. I've only had it for a month but so far, it's the best faucet I've had in 7 homes and 40 years of home ownership.

Installed this faucet a week ago. Connected pretty easily. Now suddenly it stopped working, and nothing will get it reconnected. Oh yeah, the water either won't go on at all, or I can't turn it off! Awful!

I wanted to update my kitchen with a high arc pull-down faucet, but was hesitant because I have a white sandstone sink with a white Moen faucet. I wasn’t sure the stainless faucet would look good with a white sink. Home Depot offered the best price and has an excellent return policy, so I ordered it. My husband installed it in less than an hour. It looks wonderful with my white sink. The faucet feels very sturdy and seems to be high-quality. I am very happy with Moen and with Home Depot.

Stylish…easy to install.

The Alexa smart feature stopped working within a month & faucet stopped dispensing hot water. After initial install everything worked as described and after about a month everything stopped working. The hot water stopped working & the Alexa feature stopped working. After months with no hot water I was able to have that repaired but still no Alexa feature. I have limited use of my hands & this was the main reason I purchased this faucet & it's been a huge disappointment.

set up was easy enough. But the app could be easier to use. But so far the biggest problem is that you have two choices, alexa or google. there are no other options. I want to use an other option that isn't cloud based. Also not sure how the freeze protection works, but its either set or not. There is no setting the freeze temperature

Our old one from 7+ years ago broke and we bought this same style to replace it. It looks wonderful and the newer model is much nicer! We’re excited to have it.
