Do you like it when something that’s simple and easy to use is made complicated and unreliable? Do you enjoy feeling angry and swearing at your faucet constantly because it won’t turn on or off when you want it to, cannot run at a trickle, has significant input lag, and treats you like a child and shuts itself off if you run the water for more than a couple minutes? Do you want a faucet that will stop working when its non-rechargeable batteries die, or the electronics break, or the company pushes a bad software update? Do you have a extra money burning a hole in your pocket to pay forever for single-use disposable batteries? Do you feel happy creating massive amounts of unnecessary e-waste? Do you feel a quiet thrill when your family members and guests say “this thing sucks”? If so, Moen has the perfect faucet for you! Oh, Moen, please tell me how wonderful it is that I can just touch my phone to dispense a precise cup of water. Wait, remind me, do touch screens work with wet fingers? Well, at least my faucet won’t get dirty. Hang on, is it better to get salmonella on my phone, which cannot be deep cleaned, instead of my faucet, which can? Oh, I should pay more for the voice control version instead, which requires an internet connection, can be activated by children and pets, and will not work well in a noisy kitchen when people are cooking? Shut up and take my money!! All Moen smart faucets are defective BY DESIGN. Voice, motion, does not matter. They are terrible to use, terrible for the planet, and terrible for the brand. I no longer trust Moen because it is clear from this product that no one is left at the company with both decision-making power and a functional brain.

Could not install. Directions said I needed a part that when I ordered the faucet online, it said the part was optional. So, I go to Home Depot to purchase the part. The part is special order. Since I already had the old faucet removes and water still shut off, I had to return the faucet and purchase another one. I installed a different Moen faucet.

My wife and I have had this faucet for a few years now, and I regularly look foolish waving at people’s kitchen sinks now :) Having this faucet is a game changer when you need to waah your hands. You can also dispense water through your Smarthome device. Beware: we were without it for a few weeks when a contractor accidentially disconnected the sensor cord, and we immediately went and got another.

I had the same issue that others who wrote reviews had. The faucet would not turn off at times and not turn on at times. A plumber told me that the faucet is garbage. Apparently so.

Love the faucet but I am having trouble with getting Alexa linked properly with the unit for voice control. I have followed all the troubleshooting recommendations with no success.

Recently installed this faucet and while it looks beautiful and I love the no-touch feature, there is no way to adjust the flow rate. The handle turns the water hot or cold, but the water always comes on at full blast and adjusting the handle changes the flow rate by about 5%. Calling Moen to ask about this, I was told that is how it's designed. I can't be the only one out there who doesn't want to always run their kitchen water at full flow. Sometimes you just need a light flow to rise delicate items. Returning this and should have stuck with Delta.

The design is great. The only negative is the tool included to install the faucet to the countertop is too short when you have a deep sink in place.

I will say the faucet didn’t work right when we first got it, but after doing a negative complainant. Moen fixed the problem rather quickly and now our faucet turns off and works great. We haven’t used most of the other features yet, but I’m very happy about the great costumer service and response.

Have had this for a while and so far nothing but 5 stars. Need to learn more of what it can because it does so much.

Easy installation and works great

We’ve had issues with this faucet since we’ve installed it. The connection never worked with Google Home and most of the time the faucet won’t turn off either by the sensor or handle causing us to have to turn off the water to solve the problem. Wouldn’t purchase again.

I really really like the MotionSense feature. That said - the RESET button for the Wi-Fi feature MUST be relocated to the front of the unit. Installer placed it in right-hand corner of cabinet and you can't access it. Same as if it would have been on the top or bottom. The front will always be accessible.

Plumber installed faucet and couldn’t get it to work. Called moen tech support who told us we had a defective part and would send us replacement. Plumber comes back 10 days later only to find out only 2 out of 3 parts were sent as the defective part is out of stock! Quality of product and support is subpar.

I thought this was the one that you could change the temperature of the water with the wave of your hand. It wasn’t I was disappointed.

Aesthetically pleasing and functionality excellent

After only one month the hot water is a trickle. I looked up problem online and the website for the fix had 52,000 looks lol. How do you make a product that has a problem?
