I wouldn't recommend
The top spun around as if it was broken. I ordered a second one but it had the same issue. I wouldn't recommend it.

Yes, it dispenses soap
This nice-looking delta soap dispenser works. Seems to be another high quality Delta product, but a bit spending for what it is. I would have given it 5 stars but the bottle is pretty wide and that causes interference with the sink bowl. Not a huge issue but made install a pain and the bottle is mis formed on that side. If the bottle were deeper and more slender this wouldn't be an issue.

Poor design.Unit does not sit straight on the sink
I purchased this because I thought it looked beautiful. Yes it is, works good but because it does not sit straight. Looks cheap

Looks good, but feels cheap and wobbly!!!
Similar review to other, looks good but when you try to use it feels wobbly like there is a part missing (i.e. gasket or spacer) or the parts don't belong together. As an engineer, I'm amazed that this product got through a functional design review. I plan to return it.

Looks great, but the loose wobble is a thing.
We installed this soap dispenser for a client. Easy to install, solid parts, and easy to fill with the desired soap or lotion. Sure looks nice and matches the Delta faucet the client picked out.
The spinning feature wasn't so much of an issue as the amount of play in the side to side motion of the pump when in use. Feels like there should be some kind of gasket which would provide a more solid feel, and seat the pump for stability. It wouldn't restrict the ability to position the dispenser arm, but sure would make the customer feel like they are using a solid product.
