It was delivered on time and the quality was excellent.

The good: If the best tiles of the batch are installed, this makes for a beautiful floor or backsplash. The bad: Understanding that it’s natural stone and there will be color variation, there still could be better quality control. Order double, sort through and select the best, then return the ugly ones!

The white parts of this tile are not pure white so it always looks scuffed when it isnt

The tile is not only beautiful, but it arrived safely with no broken pieces and was easy to install by the contractor. My husband is quite versed in all things construction as he is a GC himself and was able to help with the installation all the while feeling confident that, had he had the time, could have easily installed it himself. The picture on the site was exactly representative of the actual item itself

Quality control is extremely poor. 60% of tiles have stains, blemishes, micro fractures, discoloration, etc. I understand that marble can be difficult, but for the price - one of the most expensive tiles I have ever seen- I expect top quality.
