Great value. Received 3 cracked tiles out of 7 boxes which I cut and used for edge pieces. These tiles are good quality. You can't beat the price especially with free shipping.

Delivery took an extra day, but it was well worth the wait.

Just what I needed , 1 box was broken pieces but no problem getting refund. I ordered 1 extra box for "just in case" so I still had enough tile to use.

Every tile was broken in shipment. Item was poorly packaged.

Each tile was perfect in every way. It was delivered to my local HD within a very short time, which was a big help because we increased the scope of the project.

The product that I put on the floor had multiple different patterns looks like it was cut from different pieces of the rock didn’t realize it was so far off until job was done

Absolute is a misnomer for its not totally black. It is natural stone and has gray specks in it. Some might be more obvious than others depending on use and placement. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

I’ve had these tiles for many years now . Just recently went to purchase a box to replace some broken ones on my floor. They were sold out in stores , as well as online. I am glad I checked again and they had brought them back . They are heavy, thick and beautiful ! Makes kitchen floor looks sexy with all silver supplies.

I ordered ten of these tiles for a small countertop tile project. We had gotten a granite slab for one of our counters off Craigslist and wanted to match, so this was a cheap alternative to buying another slab. Unfortunately, the tile at the bottom of the box had been broken. I contacted Home Depot through text (super convenient), and they got me a 10% refund. Luckily, I only needed nine to complete my project. I really appreciate the compensation, and they're great tiles!
